Cutting through existing bituminous road /PCC/floor/approx size width 50cm X 60cm depth along length 3 mtr to 6 mtr cross section of the road for laying of GI tubing/RCC pipe for encasing of cable and repairing the road to match with the original finish complete all as specified.

M&L earthing GI Strip complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified. Supply,erection,testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus bar Chamber box,platform mounted,suitable for 3 phase 4 wire,415V AC Supply and having 4 Nos steeped type 200Amps aluminium bus bar for looping & branch connection system .the chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint. the bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less then IP-55. The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.0mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.0mm thick gland plate,front door (01 layer) and rear door (01 layer) openi ng facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and angle iron pedastal frame 600mm high above the ground level.the bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation (Note:- The bus bar chamber Box shall be designed in such a waybthat adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not less than 600mm height (without base frame & canopy 600mm width and 500mm depth).

Reusing old bricks retrived and laying in new location all as directed at site

M&L for taking out existing any size and type underground cable carefully,carrying to the new location for re-laying,connecting and testing complete aluminium lugs,ferrules etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge at site. (Note:- Necessary earth work,sand and bricks will be measured and paid in recpective items)

M&L for making underground boaring (Manually/Mech) through existing bituminous road/PCC/Floor along cross section of the road for laying of GI tubing for encasing of cable all as specified and directed at site.

M & L for bracket made out of GI tubing 40mm dia,light grade 1.5 mtr long including fixing with MS clamps -2 Nos made out of 50mm wide 5mm thick flat iron with M.S. nuts, bolts 75 mm long 12 mm dia -4 Nos & flat washer (3mm thick) 01 No. for each including preparation of steel surfaces and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide to the M.S clamps & bracket etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs sintex box metal type of size 280mm X 170mm X 130 mm wiith 63 Amps MCB TP with the help of MS nuts ,bolts and MS clamps-1 No. of size 40mm X 5mm thick with one No. MCB SP 6 Amp capacity and work includes making suitable hole on existing pole to take out connections to fitting if required at site complete all as specified and as directed..
