Supply and fixing of 20.00 m High mast system with head frame, galvanized lantern carriage 240W (24000 Lumens, IP 65) - electrical LED High Mast Flood Light with automatic dawn and dusk operation ( with timer ) with LED Sports Luminaire IP66, IK08, 5700K with system efficacy at least 100 Lumens / watt of 250 watt in twin lantern carriage with all accessories including Motor and pully, , trailing cable, double drum winch,suitable for 6 luminaires symmetrically & its control gear boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral powertool installed inside the base compartment for its operation. Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. Design and casting of open raft foundation with RCC M25 grade concrete of minimum size of 1.2m x 1.2m x 1.6m including excavation, HYSD bars and PCC. 3.5 core 50sq mm PVC armoured UG cable with MCB 240 V / 415V 50HZ - AC - Single Pole 6A to 32A, 10KA and pole wiring of 3 core 2.5sqmm. Supply of control panel housing 32A single dial timer TPN MCB incomer, single dial timer contactor circuit for the automatic control of luminaries,outgoing terminals and control circuit for the power tool motor and single dome LED aviation Lamp proided at Junctions as per Clause 6.14 of Performance standards of scope of work including maintenance and replacement of the same and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The warrantely so provided by the supplier will be in the name of NHAI

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. Design and casting of open raft foundation with RCC M25 grade concrete of minimum size of 0.5m x 0.5m x 1.2m including excavation, HYSD bars and PCC. 3.5 core 50sq mm PVC armoured UG cable. MCB 240 V / 415V 50HZ - AC - Single Pole 6A to 32A, 10KA and pole wiring of 3 core 2.5sqmm. Supply of control panel housing 32A single dial timer TPN MCB incomer, single dial timer contactor circuit for the automatic control of luminaries, outgoing terminals as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The warranty provided by the supplier will be in the name of NHAI.

Charges towards obtaining service connection from TANGEDCO for each high mast light /mini mast light including wiring, EB meter, EB panel, wire etc., all complete.
