Taking out old u/s tank of capacity 500/1000 Ltr capacity including disconnecting of existing fitting i.e. Gate valve, Float valve, Nipple etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair rotational moulded polyethylene Water storage tank ISI Marked (Cylindrical Vertical with closed top) hoisted with connection tank nipple fixed in position all as specified and directed of 500 ltr capacity. Make : Sintex, Polycon, Aqua clear.

Ditto as per item No 2.00 above but of capacity 1000 ltr. Make : Sintex, Polycon, Aqua clear.

Taking up / down steel water tubing of size 15mm bore from trenches or walls etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing CPVC (Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride) pipe line of dia 20 mm ISI marked including all accessories i.e. Bend, Tee, Socket, Union, Reducer Socket, Male/Female Adapter etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per Sl item No 20.00 but CPVC pipe line size of 25 mm dia.

Excavation in trenches for taking out, laying of pipes not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Surplus spoil shall not be removed but left protrude over the trench.

Removing excavated soil. not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing CI/DI pipe of following bore of any description for insertion of fittings and setting the pipe in proper alignment complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation earth work and fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L CI/DI fittings of size upto 150 mm bore for spigot and socketed pipes e.g. Bends (any type, radius and angle). Tapers any type (Straight, end, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc). Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junctions double branches, crosses (all sockets or socket and spigot or all end flanged) collars caps and plugs conforming to Is complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, & joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking up/out CI/DI/PP-R water mains including all fittings with spigot and socketed ends or flanged ends including burning out lead joints or dismantling flanged joints including valve, for pipe of sizes 150 mm bore and refixing of disconnecting items as per existing position complete all as specified and directed. Note- New items will be incorporate for refixing of pipe line the rate same deemed to be included quoted rate no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and fixing Ductile Iron Pipes of size 150 mm dia with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-9 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with Portland Slag Cement and external Metallic Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Epoxy Resin (Blue Epoxy) coating on external surfaces. The standard lengths of the pipes are 5.5 and 6.00 meter. Make - Electrosteel or equvivalent as approved by E-in-C.

Supply and fix in replacement of sluice valve 200 mm dia ISI marked PN 1.6 flanged both ends with brass spindle, CI hand wheel complete with all necessary nuts, bolts, rubber gasket etc. to match as per existing size complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar / Leader / Bir.
