Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lifts and combined lead upto 30m.

Dressing of earth work :-

New work or remodeling work.

Earth filling:- Earth filling under floors with surplus soil containing more than 40% taking outside the premises in 15 cm layers including ramming watering and consolidated lead upto 1000 metres

Cement concrete 1:6:12 With stone aggregate 40mm gauge mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation and plinth

Cement concrete 1:2:4 With stone ballast or shingle mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering)

Structural steel work in angles, tees, flats, riveted, including cutting, fixing all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, rivets etc. with hoisting and erecting in position.

For roof trusses, well curbs, plates and trussed girders, etc. of any span for buildings and bridges up to 15 m span.And also including 4 Nos. MS poles of 100 mm Dia. Height upto Roof Truss

Providing and Fixing fibre sheet including nut bolts, etc.

Providing and Fixing Storage tank of 10000 ltr. capacity, supporting saddle including carriage, installation of accessories etc. Which should be corrosion proof & compitable for storage of sodium hypochloride solution

Providing and Fixing safety shower including accessories etc.

Providing evaporation tank of size 0.6m x 0.6m at base and 1.8m x 1.8m at GL with 10mm thick acid or alkaline resistant tiles

Providing and fixing 10mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles 300 mm x 300 mm of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457 complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge, in flooring or in dado / skirting on a bed of 12 mm thick mortar 1 : 4 (1 acid proof cement: 4 coarse sand).

Conglomerate floor 50mm thick cement concrete ratio 1:2:4 on 100mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40mm gauge and 100mm fine sand filling using mechanical mixer for mixing for material.

RECESSED PVC CONDUIT PIPE WIRING SYSTEM WITH MODULAR SWITCHES:

Wiring light point in PVC insulated copper conductor single core FR cable (ISI marked) overall 1.5 sq. mm, 1100volts grade.

GI PIPE POLES & BRACKETS: SINGLE/ DOUBLE/ TRIPLE/ FOUR/ SIX ARMS BRACKET FOR STEEL TUBULAR POLE:

Supply and erection of G.I. Pipe 50mm dia. (Medium) Single/ Double/ Triple arm bracket of suitable length welded with MS canopy 80mm inner dia., outer dia 89.5mm (Medium), 450mm long suitable for 3 stepped steel tubular swaged and welded pole with top outer section dia. 76.1mm. The MS canopy should have 3no. holes for fixing the bracket at the top end of the pole with the help of 3Nos. ½" x 1½" size nut bolt fully threaded. The bracket should have MS sheet (1.62mm thick) ring of 89.5mm dia. for covering the top end of the canopy. The MS canopy and GI bracket should be welded at tentative angle 105º (105 degree) inclination with MS sheet 5mm thick triangular in shape having dimensions 225/300/375mm x 150mm x 5mm thick (225mm for 1.5m, 300mm for 2m & 375mm for 2.5m long bracket) with two coats of an approved aluminium paint as desired by Engineer-in-charge at site:-
