RequiredTo qualify for award of the respective contract each tenderer in his name should have required bid capacity. To calculate Bid capacity it will require financial turnover in last five years period i.efrom 2021-22 to 2025-26. The turnover Certificate should be issued by the Chartered Accountant should be enclosed mention UDIN No. The turnover prior to FY 2025-26 will be updated to the present Price level by giving weightage of 10percent each year. FY 2026-27 AS PER NIT

RequiredThe bidders who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total value. The available bid capacity is calculated AS PER NIT

RequiredA valid copy of Caste certificate issued by Tahasildar of the concerned Taluka duly attested by the Gazetted officer for only contractors who belongs to Category-II A

RequiredThe contractor belonging to the Category-II A shall be the domicile of the state of Karnataka for more than 10 years. Hence Relevant Domicile certificate of bidder for applying to works at shall be scanned and attached to e-tender document

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The intending bidders are advised to visit the site of work before submitting their tenders

The contractor/authorized signatory should attach his/her scanned signature to the Schedule-B before uploading the documents

If any of the dates mentioned above happen to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good.

Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever

Any Modification/clarification will be published in the kppp portal. The bidders are advised to visit the portal regularly.

They should abide by the directions of Government towards recovery of 1% (or as modified by Govt. from time to time) Cess from the contractors bill under the provisions of building and other constructions worker welfare Cess Act 1996.

Contractor shall bear the service tax as per the reverse charge mechanism as per Government of India Notification No 30/2012 Service Tax Dated 20-6-2012 and any modifications/charges notified by the Government of India from time to time and on date of payment.

Agency should complete the work within the stipulated tender period, if fails action will be initiated as per tender conditions

During the time of technical evaluation, if the employer finds that any Certification/information furnished is false, such bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid.

The intending bidder shall upload self-attested letter pad mentioning latest Communication address,land phone & mobile Phone.

Scope of work and other conditions are as mentioned in the tender documents.

Not with standing anything stated above, KBJNL reserves right to assess the bidder capability and capacity to perform the contract, if the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of KBJNL

Under no circumstances, the cost of completion of Closure work should be exceeded the tendered cost and no EFI shall be entertained.

Under no circumstances, the RA Bills are to be paid. Only first and final bill is to be processed for payment.
