Scariying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam depth exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100mm and area not exceeding 400 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller all as specified and directed.

Screening road metal, chippings, etc. on the site of the work when specially ordered including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (materials from both sides of screen measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for laying only 7.5 cm thick compacted thickness water bound macadam using old stone aggregates obtained from screening item No. 3.00 here-in-before, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient or camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc. on unsurfaced water bound macadam complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 kg per 10 sqm with using paving bitumen (VG-10 Grade) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to potholes, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG 10 Grade) @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete, 40mm consolidated thickness using 5.5% paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) binder content any penetration by weight of total mix, mixed in central computerized hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to uniform surfaces with required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as per design mix. Contractor shall quote his unit rate considering the bitumen contents as 5.5 %. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of ₹67.00 per KG of binder. No adjustment in price shall be made if the variation is on plus side.

Material and labour for preparation of bituminus surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick center lines or other lines, stop lines, dashes arrows etc. and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with glass grit @ 300 gms/Sqm over painted surfaces while the painting surfaces are hot with special application machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 x 100 x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of moden No 972.0 fixed with and including mS stuc of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.
