Construction of Additional pump house with Intake Structure at Anadinni along with laying of MS pipe line from proposed additional pump house to already laid raising main of WTP for water supply scheme to Navanagar Bagalkot on Turnkey Basis

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender, i.e,.Rs. 1905.85 Lakhs (Amount put to tender Rs. 3811.70 Lakhs) during last 5 years reckoned back from 2025-26 The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and countersigned by the Superintending Engineer of the concerned Circle / next higher officer. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving weightage of 10% each year, if the work is completed prior to the year 2025-26 Similar work means the work should comprise of Lift Irrigation/ Water Supply Scheme involving lift components such as Intake Arrangement, Jack well, pump house, MS Rising main, Electro-Mechanical works like switch yards of 11 kv/33KV line platform or more with all arrangements.

The intending bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of (usually 80% of the peak annual rate of construction in any one financial year, during the last five financial years reckoned back from 2025-26. Certificate should be obtained from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division and countersigned by the SE of the concerned Circle 1)Concrete-1832.00 cum 2)860 KW pump-2 No 3)Laying of 1118mm MS Pipe-1280 mtr 4) 11/6.6 KV or 33/6.6 KV and above Substation-1 No 5) 11 KV or 33 KV and above ACSR Line-3.2 Km

The intending bidder should have supplied, installed, commissioned and maintained at least 2 Nos. of 860 KW Pumps and Motors of capacity not less than 1160 HP and should have minimum two year of experience in Operation and Maintenance. The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and countersigned by the SE of the concerned Circle /next higher officer

The intending bidder or identified CEIG registered electrical sub contractor should have minimum two years experience in Operation and Maintenance of 33Kv or 11Kv or above sub-station in any one of the last five financial year reckoned back from 2025-26. The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and countersigned by the SE of the concerned Circle / next higher officer

The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover not less than two times the estimated annual payments (amount put to tender i.e (Rs. 3811.70/12x24 )Rs. 7623.40 Lakhs in at least two financial years in the last 5 years reckoned back from 2025-26 duly updating the financial turnover at 10% per annum. Audited profit and loss statement certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with copies of IT returns filed for the two years indicated above and shall bear the UDI Number shall be furnished Charted Accountants certificate without UDI (Unique Document Identification) number will not be considered

A copy of the valid Karnataka PWD Class-1 Registration Certificate

Copy of Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate

Copy of Valid GST Registration Certificate.

Each bidder should furnish liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.953 Lakhs from any Nationalised /scheduled bank (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.(Usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period) The format for Bankers Certificate/ Line of Credit (BC/LOC) letter to be issued by the Banks as per circular No: FD- CAM/16/2022 (P-2) dated: 22.08.2022
