Major overhauling of Kirloskar make TV2, 16 HP engine by removing engine from base frame, dismantlling the complete engine, inspection, cleaning, checking and replaces the warn out spares like Oil seal, Head gasket, Cyl. Head assly, High Pressure pipe, Lub oil Pipe, Cyl. Liner, Large end bearing, Main Brg, Piston assly, Piston Ring set, Rocker box, Fuel pump assly, Injector Nozzle, Cranc shaft assly, Crank gear, Con. Rod assly, Camshaft assly, retaining cup, etc. with new spares as required & re-assembling the engine, re-fixing the engine with pump and testing to satisfactory performance as per the direction of Engg. Incharge.

Major overhauling of Kirloskar make DSM 65/32 A/B model Pump by removing it from the engine, dismantle the complete set, inspection, cleaning, checking and replacement of necessary warn out spare parts like packing set, 'o'ring, checknut, shaft, flange coupling etc with new spares and re-assembling, re-fixing the pump with the engine and testing the pump to satisfactory performance as per the direction of Engg. Incharge.
