Filling in foundation and plinth with Brick bats chhara in layer of 20 cm thickness including watering, ramming and consolidating etc. complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1-Cement, 3-Coarse Sand; 6-Hand Block Crused stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1 1/2:3 (1- cement :1 1/2 coarse :3- graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of formwork and Excluding reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Foundations, footings, Base or columns and Mass concrete. footings, Base of columns and Mass concrete.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1 1/2:3 (1- cement :1 1/2 coarse :3- graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and finishing smooth with curing etc. comp. incl. cost of formwork but excl the cost of reinforement for R.C.C. work in Columns: having cross sectional area more than 0.08sqm. and upto 0.12 Sqm. upto floor two level (Incl. cot of materials & labors).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:11/2:3 (1-cement:11/2-course sand:3- graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and finishing smooth with curing etc. comp. including the cost of formwork but excl. the cost of reinforcement for R.C.C. work in BEAM:- Having cross-sectional area more than 0.08 Sqm. and upto 0.12 Sqm. up to floor two level (incl. cost of materials & labours).

Providing and laying CC 1:3:6 (1-Cement : 3-Coarse Sand : 6-Crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of formwork in (A) wall caps/coping

Providing TMT Bar FE 500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

White stone bela masonary block in course in Superstructure with stone of approved quality in Lime mortar 1:6 (1-cement :6 course sand ) including packing the joints etc. complete.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on Rought (similar)side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level finished even and smooth in (I) cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 sand).

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials. Etc. complete.

Providing and fixing openable gate of approved size and Ornamental design with wicket gate arrangement of about 75 cm in width. The gate frame should made of minimum 50 mm x 50 mm x 4mm dia G.I. ‘B’ class tubular section and bracing of 12 mm twisted square bars at 15 cm C/C both way with minimum 1.5 mm thick G.I.. plate at bottom of minimum 750 mm height. The gate should be placed on heavy duty interconnecting hinges. The vertical Column section whereveer required of minimum ISMB 125 x 70 embedded in CC 1:1.5:3 columns with necessary hold fast arrangement as directed. The work including necessary handle, stoppers, locking arrangement & two coat of oil painting over a coat of primer, works incl. All kind of materials, labour welding etc. complete. The work should be carried out as per direction / approval of Engineer in charge.(M.R.)
