Final Drawings should be submitted in 05 set in Hard Copy (01
copy in tracing paper) and 01 set in soft copy (CD).
(a) Preparation of structural design and drawing of RCC structure on
STAAD Pro/ Etabs based on approved Architectural drawing and
soil report as per relevant latest IS codes.
The structural drawing shall be checked from any approved Govt.
Engineering collage for vetting.
Final vetted Drawings should be submitted in 05 set in Hard Copy
(01 copy in tracing paper) and 01 set in soft copy (CD).
(b) Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) yardstick estimation for the

| 0.0 | Bore hole dia shall be 150mm. depth of bore shall be decided as per the site condition and may be taken 15 m for N value reaches 50, whichever is earlier. Note : Under this test preferably following results to be provided : (i) Grain size analysis, identification & classification of soil.
(ii) Unit weight (bulk density), natural moisture content, liquid limit , plastic limit, Shrinkage limit, Plasticity index, specific gravity. (iii) Dry density, degree of saturation of soil. (iv) Free swelling index & swelling pressure if expansive soil is encountered. (v) Shear parameters (C-Ø analysis). (vi) Consolidation test & Permeability test. (vii) Depth of water table below ground level. (viii) Presence of loose soil, if any and its depth. (ix) If weak soil with lesser N value as specified in table-1 of IS 1893 (Part-I) 2016 is encountered then evaluation of liquefaction potential shall be assessed and remedial action to be adopted shall be specified. (x) SPT test shall be done at 1.0 m interval. (xi) Reccomendation for filling under floor and filling under protection including plinth protection. (xii) Recommendation of SBC at different depth of foundation 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.0m and 2.5m for each building and/or most suitable strata depth for resting foundation as per type of building/Soil investigation details. SBC and its calculation based on N value, shear strength and settlement criteria SBC to be given for following Size 1.2m x1.2m ,1.5m x 1.5m, 2m x 2m, 2.5m x 2.5m, SBC values shall be calculated based on C-Øanalysis as well as SPT value. For calculation formula given in IS 6403 shall be used. (xiii) if pile foundation are required the depth of pile shall be mentioned and pile capacity in compression, uplift & lateral load shall be given for 300, 400, 450, 500 dia for underreamed piles & for 450, 500, 550, 600 mm dia for long piles. (xiv)Recommendations regarding type of foundaion to be adopted & net SBC/pile capacity to be adopted. Also, recommendation shall be given regarding stability of soil and soil stabilisation required, if any (xv) Borehole position duly marked on plan and their distances from adjacent prominet reference points. Plan size of bldgs shall also be marked in the plan.
This plan shall be signed by GE,AGE & soil consultant. (xvi) Undisturbed soil sample shall be collected at 1.0 m interval and at change of strata. K-value of soil 0.5 m depth required in case of swimming pool and water retaining structure. Modulus of subgrade reaction , Direct shear test on dusturbed soil sample(xvii) Submission of report in sextriplicate.
Note: Colour photograph on A4 size paper of the site with the locations of the boreholes duly flagged should be submitted. The photographs should also preferably include any reference structree and the identification of the same be marked | 1 | Each | - | - |
