MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF 33 KV/11 KV/0.433 KV ELECTRIC SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS INCLUDING ATTENDING OF DAY TO DAY EXTERNAL COMPLAINTS AT ZONE-II UNDER GE(A) JAISALMER

M&L for fault finding & rectification in 33 KV system such as earth faults,blownoff DO fuses,jumpers,Loose Connection rectification, Identifying sparking at overhead jumpers,flash at substation busbars with mandatory ON/OFF switching, and earthing protocols for all Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB) and Ring Main Units (RMU) for the 33 KV High Tension (HT) overhead power supply from 132 KV Substation to 33 KV Substation near StnHQ under GE(A) Jaisalmer immediately upon receipt of a complaint from JE,AGE or GE by identifying the fault complete with necessary safety tools and tackling by providing one skilled electrician and one helper for attending the complaints at any time inlcuding sundays and holidays with all safety gears(including 33 KV dielectric gloves,discharge/earth rods, meggers and insulation ladders) and complete power restoration and submit the complaint rectification slip or requires real time communication back to the JE/AGE/GE with submission of complaint rectification slip duly signed by respective user rep. Note:- (i) The rate against the above mentioned item is deemed for cost of labour,transportation,tools ,safety equipments folding ladder,insulation tapesand DO fuses and other misc consumables items for repair work. (ii) Tradsmen deployed can communicate with non smart mobile for the easy acess with user &JE E/M during complaints/breakdowns

(iii) The contractor's representative will report to concerned JE E/M to collect the list of breakdowns and will submit the completion report to the JE E/M. (iv) Before commencement of any complaint the contractor's rep shall take prior permission for shutdown from JE/AGE/GE. In case the breakdown is not rectified within the specified time limit i.e 2 hr an amount of Rs 500/- per hr shall be recovered from the contarctor during RAR / Final Bill or due to to major breakdown which requires spares/items,contractor rep must be inform to concern JE/AGE within an hr after receipt of complaint. (v)Register of complaints should be prepared by the contractor's rep and details of repair be updated in the register after completion of every work duly signed by user and JE E/M. (vi) Register of repair should be prepared by the contractor and details of repair to be updated in the register after completion of every work duly signed by user rank not lessthan NCO.

Note:- (i) The rate against the above mentioned item is deemed for cost of labour,transportation,tools ,safety equipments folding ladder,insulation tapes and other misc consumables items for repair work. Material and labour for attending external electrification 0.433 KV breakdowns/complaint in LT panel/busbar by one skilled electrician and one helper at any time including sundays and holidays having sound in knowledge of 0.433 KV overehead and under grounds LT netwrok system and breakdown complaints supply shall be attended so as to rectify the faluted system and complete restoration all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.During breakdown supply, the technician shall coordinate/laison with substation operator/JE/AGE for replacement of parts and services as required. Note:- (i) The rate against the above mentioned item is deemed for cost of labour,transportation,tools such as clamp meter,plier,tester,test lamp,screw driver,hacksaw,hammer,spanner and other tools reqired to attend complaints and safety equipments folding ladder,insulation tapes misc items like insulation tape for repair work. (ii) Contractor shall provide one experienced electrician and one helper per shift to attend the complaints round the clock and during emergency complaints. (iii) Quoated rate is deemed to be inclusive of tools mentioned in ser no 01 failing may effect penal recovery of Rs 500/- will be made once in entire contract period.

(iv) Items required such as cable,joints and other switch gear,lugs etc will be measured and paid separarely.Quoated rate is inclusive of removing of cable loop from the attended area towards completion of electrical defect. (v) The LT break down complaint shall be shall be attendwithin 1 hrs after receipt of complaint frpm any mode/agency. (vi) The contractor's representative will report to concerned JE E/M to collect the list of breakdowns and will submit the completion report to the JE E/M. (vii) Before commencement of any attending complaint the contractor's staff shall get prior permission for shutdown from JE/AGE/GE. In case the breakdown has not been restored within the specified time limit, an amount of Rs 500/- per hr will be recovered from the contarctor during RAR / Final Bill. (viii)Register of breakdown/no light complaints should be prepared by the technician and details of repair to be updated in the register after completion of every work duly signed by user or JE E/M.

Material and labour in repair for switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on HTpolymer insulators (9 insulators type & 6 insulators for DO with horizontal operated) and MS galvanized steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating up to 400 Amps 33000 volts complete with locking arrangement MS clamps, bolts and nuts and washers etc also including drop out expulsion type of fuses with fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load at site including two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work and including taking down old switch air break gang operated complete all as specified. (stack for fixing with poles shall be measure and paid separately). Note: Apply petroleum jelly on contact portion deemed to be included
