Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using 'J' or 'L' hooks/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Removal of roofing and vertical cladding sheets including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the serviceable material and disposal of rubbish within NFL Township as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge within 1000 metres lead of : (Sheets and accessories shall be required to be reused hence necessary precautions shall betaken while removal and lowering of sheets to the ground, Sheets and fittings shall not be thrown from top of Badminton hall after removal). Fixing of old wind tie with new fittings including painting two or more coats with anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand & manufacturer over and including priming coat of ready mixed zink chromate yellow primer of approved brand.

Extra for providing and fixing wind ties of 40x 6 mm flat iron section.

Demolishing brick work including plaster by mannually / by Mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50mtrs lead : In Cement Mortar. At a height of approx 10m

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (With free Supply of Cement by NFL)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 12 mm cement plaster of mix : Internal plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) for height upto 20m from ground level. (With free Supply of Cement by NFL)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sq. mtr.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete and scrapping : New work (two or more coats) over and water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work.
