S&F non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in flooring etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and incl screed bedding 15mm thick in cm(1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed Ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7mm/450 x 300 x 7 mm thick primium quality over and incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match colour of tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in stairs, landing, steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) in single piece including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade incl 10 mm thick rendering and including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 18 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished fair and even without using extra cement etc including taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces on wall/ ceilling/ stone/ block etc including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on surfaces of walls with paint roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 over brick / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc including taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces on wall/ ceilling/ stone/ block etc including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and and preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on surfaces of walls with paint roller over 3mm wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceillng, finished even and smooth etc including taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces on wall/ ceilling etc including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of walls apply two coat of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification using paint roller technology and providing 2mm thick wall care putty and sanding the surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of white wash on old Ceiling surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over 2mm thick cement base putty and sanding the surface to prepare the surface even and smooth at any height incuding necessary scaffolding over new/complete removal surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface including parapet wall comprising with the following course of treatment/ specifications form bottom to top:- (a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet walls and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap shall be 75mm length wise and 100 mm width wise of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe 40 mm bore medium grade including fixing to walls as in spouts of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete (1:5:10),type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling or above floor and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 50mm thick as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to chullah, hooks, chajjas, troughs and similar work including edges complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chajja, supported on walls, beams, roofs, landing, bolconies, canopies and in shelves and like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent & cement in 1:1 ratio for bonding old and new concrete on damaged surfaces applying polymer modified mortar in CM 1:3 including mixing of polymer latex additives upto 60mm thickness (Chajjas fins, border etc) (i) Qty of ploymer to be used 15% by weight of the cement. (ii) Use of electrical mixer to get the homogeneous dough on bond coat surfaces. (iii) To achieve required thickness repear this step after 24 hrs as required.(iv) Keep the surfaces moist using water forg for 5 to 7 days etc complete all as specified and as directed. (v) Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding for building height up to 24 meters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-CHarge. Make : - Epoxy bonding agent shall be Krishna, Dr Fixit, MC Bauchemie and M/s Cemistik, Sika as directed.

M & L for mild steel 10 mm dia and over TMT bars as in reinforcement cut to length bend to shape required including cranking, hooking at ends and binding with mild steel wire, (anneled) not less than 0.5 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel 08 mm dia and over TMT bars as in reinforcement cut to length bend to shape required including cranking, hooking at ends and binding with mild steel wire, (anneled) not less than 0.5 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairing the edges of concrete chajjas, facias, column & the like by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 including all necessary formwork and/ or provision of rendering 15 mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) with chiken wire mesh, after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm of surface finished even and fair, surface area not execeeding 600 mm wide, in patches including taking down swoolen/damaged plaster or concrete complete all as spcified and directed.

Taking down carefully existig copper / alumn point wiring for light / fan / bell / socket 5/15 Amp points complete with fitting and fixtures such as switches, sockets, c/ rosess, holders and bracket fittings with battens / conduits / wires, T/L fittings and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls and roofs etc.and to match with existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable main switches and distribution boards with fuses/ MCB's (single phase or three phase) of any capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable sub main wiring including meters and making good disturbed surfaces and matching with existing complete all as directed and specified

M&L for disconnecting electric meter of any cap and refixing same after rewiring, in meter box including connection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sheet metal Meter Box single door minimum size 35x50x25cm for electric meter Factory made of MS sheets/CRCA sheet duly painted with powder paint and door hinged locking arrangement conforming to IS 5039 of 1983. The electric meter/switch box shall be suitable for fixing one number of electric meter and knock out holes for incoming and outgoing cable. Before the powder paint process the sheet steel shall go through the anti corrosion conditioning process in not less than seven tank process. Concealed in wall, including making good distrurbed surfaces with matching colour, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shallbe provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame including two coats of painting over a red oxide to sxposed steel surfaces. excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009).

Fixing or hanging only ceiling fans height upto 3mtr to 5 mtrs ceiling height of bldg including three core FR PVC Insulated & overall round sheathed flexible with PVC, colour of cores are Red, Black & Yellow/ Green is for earthing. Sheath colour is Black of cable size 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Ceiling fans obtained/ taking down from item Sr No. 85 as above

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire, complete all as specified and directed.
