Schedule 'A' CONSTRUCTION OF RECHARGE WELL
Transportation of drilling Rig machine.
350 mm Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipment’s, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 150 mm dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Schedule 'B' CONSTRUCTION OF RECHARGE TANK AND FILTER CHAMBER
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), excavataed soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within lead of 50 m including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m including getting out the all kind of soil.
Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials.
Filling of excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. by ramming and watering.
Providing & laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding of cost of centering, shuttering all work upto plinth level.
Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class 150 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : coarse sand).
Providing and laying damp proof course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone III):4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size).
Providing and laying in position 1:2:4(1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal) of RCC, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of foundations, footings, bases of column, etc. for mass concrete.
8 mm dia TMT bars of grade Fe- 500D or more Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending and placing in position binding all complete.
Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement , including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete: 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size aggregate.
12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.
Cartage of excavated soil 15 km away from the site including loading & unloading etc. complete.
Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
Mosquito/Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire mesh gauge with 0.50 mm dia sia and 1.4 mm wide aperture.
Supply and fixing of Nylon mess for recharge filter including cutting, wastage etc.
Suppling & filling of following materials in recharge filter:
Loose Bricks at top.
Coarse sand layer below loose bricks.
Pea gravel of size 1.2 mm to 4.6 mm below coarse sand.
40 mm gauged stone ballast below Pea gravel.
Making provision of overflow system complete in all respect including cost of all materials.

Schedule 'C' CONVEYANCE PIPE LINE WORK WITH CHAMBERS
Providing of PVC blind pipe as per IS: 12818 as follows:
100 mm dia. 6 Kgf/cm2 Pressure PVC Pipe.
150 mm dia. 6 Kgf/cm2 Pressure PVC Pipe.
200 mm dia. 6 Kgf/cm2 Pressure PVC Pipe.
Excavating trenches for pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia. by mechanical / manual means of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.
Demolishing cement concrete Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in foundation & floors.
Two coats Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.
Construction of 900x900x900 mm size inlet chamber with class 150 brick work 1:3 cement mortar with RCC slab on top along with proper by-pass arrangement to run-off excess rain water.
Construction of 750x750x750 mm size inlet chamber with class 150 brick work 1:3 cement mortar with RCC slab on top along with proper by-pass arrangement to run-off excess rain water.
Construction of 600x600x600 mm size inlet chamber with class 150 brick work 1:3 cement mortar with RCC slab on top along with proper by-pass arrangement to run-off excess rain water.
