Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall painting (two or more coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with superior quality ready mixed paint for steel work of approved brand & manufacture in all shades on new work to give an even shade.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area

Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetation in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Cuddappah stone slab machine cut flooring over 20mm (average) thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete - 25 mm thick.

Chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with marble chips of sizes upto 6 mm in floor on 25 mm thick bed of lime mortar 1:2 (1 lime putty : 2 coarse sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing completed.

Dark shade using ordinary cement.

Providing and fixing Colouron Plus galvulium roofing Sheets of 0.45mm thick double ribbed trapezoidal profile coated 1080mm with cover width of 1020mm including all the accessories (JSW or equivalent make ) but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, flashings etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer incharge.
