All as per serial item No. 7 here-in-above but depth exc 1.5 mtr & not exc 3mtr

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections etc conforming to Gde Fe-290 or Gde E- 165, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape as in tie bar fixed to chain link fencing including necessary welding where required as per site requirement & other similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MS screw bolt 05 to 10mm dia, length of bolt not exceeding 50mm long machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or serewed both ends, each screwed end fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any mesh, size and type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii)The payment shall be made to the contractor for actual weight ascertain by the BOO as odered by GE.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately under replace items of BOQ.

S&F in repair galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cooler stand, framework of water tanks and similar works of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) includingmild necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. Cost of ceiling compund is included in the unit rate of this item

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor, top surface finished fair & even including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels of size not exc 2m x 1m and joints shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3). Quoted rate shall deemed inclusive for same.

S&F factory casted 60mm thick machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paving blocks M-35 having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg / Sqcm using grey cement and no pigment and of shape hexagon/ triangular / zigzag / I-shaped / Three-X etc as directed conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushion (local tibba sand), laid dry, joint filled with dry sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faced or on other than fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing loose ceiling plaster completely, cleaning and dripping mortars and curing of effected surface area, cleaning well expossed reinforcement and applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint to it, supply and fixing mild steel XPM mesh of size 25mm x 25mm (wire dia min. 2mm) to the effected ceiling surface either by welding with exposed reinforcement or by stapling nails or screw or tie with reinforcement, applying cement slury and 25mm thick microphone of 1:1:1 using 6mm graded aggregate and cuting it for 3 days and then making well finish the surface using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fixing and testing of LED Street / Security light fitting of 45 Watt, 5700K - 6500 K (including LED drive and internally prewired) complete with body robust, corrosion resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminum alloy. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with IP -65 / 66 protection as per IS - 10322-1982(Part -I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140 - 300 V, AC, frequency 50 - 60 Hz ,P.F should be more than 0.9 with Total Harmonic Distortion THD(I) less than 15% ,cool white colour and lamp starting time should not be more than 10 second including 10 KV surge protection in built or external. Driver should be constant current constant voltage driver. Driver should have high voltage withstanding capacity upto 300 V, AC. Notes for srl Item No 59 to 61 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on street light bracket fixed on poles, If street light fitting requires to fixed on existing street light bracket and any addition alterration required in bracket for fixing street light, In that case cost of additional / alteration is included in the unit rate of this item, which also includes needful T & P and required accessories such as 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for connection from pole box to light fitting etc complete including making connection, testing etc complete .No extra payment is admissible on this account. (e) Light fittings shall be provided with 10 KV surge protection as mentioned in description of item. If 10 KV surge protection is not provided in light fitting for which cat part is mentioned in BOQ. Contractor has to provide light fitting with 10 KV surge protection without any extra cost to department. (f) Contractor shall write CA No on street light fitting with synthetic enamel paint which should be visible from ground level. Cost of the same is included in the unit rate of this item nothing shall be extra paid on this account.

M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal size 110cm x 110cm x 110cm including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, brick work, plastering, white wash, PCC coping, MS frame made out of angle iron of size 40mmx40mmx6 mm, MS sheet cover of 3 mm thick fixed to angle iron frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and grouting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including handle and locking arrangement with one number 50 mm dia brass pad lock complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge Note :- (i) Brick wall shall be 23 cm thick built in cement mortar (1:4) (ii) Internal plaster shall be 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and external plaster upto 450mm from top shall be 20mm thick in CM (1:6) and remaining external surface shall be flush pointing in CM (1:6) as the work proceeds. (iii) PCC in foundation shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate extended 15 cm all around from the external face of the walls. (iv) PCC coping shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including grouting of angle iron frame in PCC. (v) Three coats of white wash to internal surfaces of valve pit. (vi) Depth of valve pit shall be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanized iron strip 25mm x 4mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point/equipment and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia upto earthing test point/equipment fixed with required Nos of mild steel clamp made out 25mm x 3mm flat iron and perforated water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade and top with socket & plug and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts / nuts / washers, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and 40mm thick RCC cover, excavation & earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Outer edge of earth pit shall be 1.5 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI strip upto earth test point/equipment is included in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slantling position (iv) Minimum weight of reinforcement for RCC cover shall be 1 KG.

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 10 sq mm 2 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection and GI pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Road cutting / floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the above provisions.

S&F Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches / under road / drains, fixed to poles / walls with required numbers of clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Cost of flat iron clamp if required is included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account..

Notes:- (i) Any T & P and Ladder wheel required for the work shall be arranged by the Contractor. The rate of this aspect is included in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Dismantling existing unserviceable cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down insulators of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F street light pole box of size not less then 300x200x105mm, made of high quality thermo plastic polystyrene, weather proof, dust, jet water proof, chemical, acid corrosion, impact, insulated & shock proof IP 65 for outdoor Installation with internallly embedded gasket (PUR) including MCB SP 6 Amps 01 No along with left side hinge door (notch arrangement not acceptable) & premoulded knockout all sides including back of the base must. The box fitted with 10 sqmm stud type terminal - 04 Nos including Elimex stud type TB 4 Nos. Note :- (i) Cost of flat iron clamp is deemed to included in unit rate of this items. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Size of junction box for different mafufacturer may slightly varried from size mentioned in description of item. Contractor has to provide junction box as per cat No mentioned against make of junction box. where cat No is not mentioned against any make, in that case junction box of size mentioned in description has to provide, if exact size of junction box is not available, then next higher size junction box has to be provided. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
