Dismantling fencing wire mesh in fencing , any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire any type, length and thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post, struts , (wood , steel or Rcc) any section incl. taking out embeded portion in concrete or brickwork and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling MS works of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation concrete for fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle iron fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc , flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Screw bolts ( machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length exc. 5 cm but not exc 10 cm long 11 to 15mm dia of shank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing incl line wire 50x50mm mesh (12 gauge) size and any type of strands, rails, straining bolts etc incle provn of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO convened by the GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc incl provn of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS round bars 10mm dia and over for line wire of chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer surface area not exc. 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F GI two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, inlc securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note. Each line of wire to be measured.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering . To be prepared for hanging, or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings(exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering) running rails and guides and haninging also fastening and fixing complete conforming to FE-410 W (GDE-E-250) Quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel plain black sheet of 1.60 mm thick in steel Gates, shutters and similar work, cut to size, holes punched ; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plaing 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel rolling shutters, in repairs with or without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type thickness of lath 1.00 mm including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making good the disturbed surface as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing steel rolling shutter complete incl repair /replacement of ball bearing repair to top cover , ancohoring rod hasp and stepple incl repair to gear box and provision of gear box crank handle completely making the shutter operational by greasing all as directed by Engr in charge( incl provision of one coat of synthetic enamal paint in rolling shutter ) size of shutter n exc 10 Sqm all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Fly ash brick work with modular brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radious and built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.19 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and fair without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note. WPC will be paid separately.

M&L Preparation newly treated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint (colour and tint as approved by GE) in any pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) in cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M/L PCC type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in sub base all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking reflective coloured pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thick, M-40 Grade over and including 50mm thick sand layer watering and ramming all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking reflective coloured pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick, M-35 Grade over and including 50mm thick sand layer watering and ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/cills/edging, bed blocks including necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone agg.) for plinth protection,at every 3.0 Mtr intervals and turning , all joints shall fill with between sand Mix or bituminous mastic all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for forming 12 mm thk expansion joints for 100 mm thk of floor filled with pre formed bituminus filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealent compound Grade B complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster(any nos of layers) on roof surfaces, cleaning the surfaces and removing the debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in levelling course in roof tops, for roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces / slabs with admixture of integral water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement for filling depressions if any to receive water proofing treatment (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed

Suplying only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment using polymerised membrane to roof slab. Water proofing treatment shall be as under:- (a) Applying cold bitumenous oil based primer IS No 3383 @ 250 Gms/Sqm and laying APP Modified membrane with non woven polymer reinforcement / mat core (Centre core) not less than 3 mm thick and not less than 3.50 kg/sqm the overlap shall be 100 mm on length side and 100 mm on width side and all as per manufacturer instruction complete.The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer.Top surface shall be applied with 0.15 Kg/Sqm bitumenous aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L cutting/cleaning away small trees sapling surbs and under growth roots from brick wall, chajjas, roof etc including taking out complete root from inside wall chajjas and making good surfaces in cement concrete (1:2:4) type or in CM (1:4) to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick Factory made precast perforated reinforced cement concrete cover slab Type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with 2 mm thick MS frame with required width and necessory reinforcement set in cement morter 1:4 over drains/duct, sizes of drain/duct cover ordered as required at site all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated etc.) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 40 here in above but plain steel sheet fix in valley gutter / ridge.

Dismantling timber in fillets,rafters,purlins,posts etc. under 40 sqcm in section unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled Sections as in main croos beams , hip and jack rafters; purlins, where connected to common rafter , running rails and guide for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plate posts etc. conforming to Fe-410-w(gdeE-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling boarding in any description in any position complete all as specified and as directed

S& F 10-12 mm thickness gypsum board ceiling confirmning to IS 2095-1988 of size 60 x 60 cm fixed in ceiling including GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal franges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length ) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. Hangers 6mm dia. G.I (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flate 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia. 40mm long provn of one coat of plastic emulsion over a coat of primer incl making cutting holes for fixing elect fitments complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - charge

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar beding (but not backing) & stacking at site as directed and disposing of debris to distance upto 250M complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured joint free Non skid ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles Exc 0.18 sqm & nexc 0.38 sqm as in floor set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/colored cement laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thk in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 47 here in above but as in skirting / vertical surface over and including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1 : 4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Non skid ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles Exc 0.06 sqm & nexc 0.11 sqm as in floor set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/colored cement laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub floor/leveling course to receive topping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slabs of suitable size of kota stone as in floors bedded in grey jointed, pointed in coloured cement incl cutting & grinding and polishing over and including 20mm thick screed bed or a layer of bedding for laying of floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 51 here-in-above but as in skirting / vertical surface over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1: 4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 350mm & 250mm x7mm thick as in vertical surfces set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement incl backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 450mm x 350mm x7 mm thick as in vertical surfces set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement incl backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing of type incl backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden or steel frames complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden bead in square n exc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick figured glass, pin head type, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden bead in square n exc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Desilting of drain and removal of muck to a distance n exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete.
