Dismantling of speedbreaker bituminous road including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 100 m lead For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm

Lead charges for 1st 1 KM or part thereof, by mechanical transport including loading unloading, stacking / levelling etc. of Soil

Supplying hard murum/ soft murrum/ gravel or kankar for side width complete.

Spreading hard murum / kankar at the road site, including conveying and stacking complete.

Compacting the hard murum /Soft murrum/gravel or kankar side widths including laying in layers on each side with vibratory roller including artificial watering etc. complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting hand broken/ crushed stone aggregate, 250 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam including premixing of material with water in mixing plant for Wet Mix Macadam, carriage of mixed material by tipers to the site and laying material in uniform thickness and laying by mechanical paver including rolling with road roller 8.10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber spreading and brooming etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Compacted thickness only will be measured and paid for.)

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting granular sub-base (GSB) material 300 mm thick (150 mm thick in each layer) compacted layer of crushed sand, murrum, gravel crushed stone and combination there of as per specification including spreading on the prepared sub grade, maintaining the required slope and grade and cross fall (camber) etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Compacted thickness only will be measured and paid for.)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 30) including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen mechanically / manually, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On bituminous surface @ 0.50 kg / sqm

Providing laying bituminous macadam of thickness 50 to 75 mm as directed on prepared surface with specified graded crushed stone aggregate for profile corrective base / binder course including loading of aggregate with FE loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with paver to the required level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per specification to achieve the proper compaction but excluding the cost of primer / tack coat with bitumen of 60/70 grade (VG 30) @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix)

Providing and laying dense bituminous concrete of thickness 25 to 40 mm as directed on prepared surface with specified graded stone aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregate in hot mix plant transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with mechanical paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per specification, to achieve proper compaction but excluding cost of primer / tack coat with bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 30) @ 7% (percentage by weight of total mix)

Providing and laying seal coat average 9.00 mm thickness of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 30) bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

Painting road surface marking with Thermoplastic paint hot applied to give uniform finish with Glass beeds / power Topping, on bituminous surface in white / yellow shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Rough Shahbad Stone of minimum 50 mm average thickness of size 600 X 600 mm (Approximate) over 150 mm thick (consolidated thickness) stone dust backing including setting in position in footpath to the required level and line Pointing with C.M 1:4 (using crushed sand). Joint shall be 20 to 25 mm wide including filling of joints with cement mortar and making grooves etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing at and near ground level precast cement concrete 1:2:4 in kerbs, edgings etc. as per approved patterns and setting in position with C.M 1:3 (using crushed sand) including consolidation, curing, cost of required centering, shuttering, finishing smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (using crushed sand) on exposed surfaces complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying non pressure 600 mm Dia RCC Hume pipe class Np2 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes and as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including testing of joints etc. complete.
