Dismantling of old Ceiling boards (Fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards /slabs blankets, including cover fillets and frame work complete all as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cm 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces such as soffit of slab, sides of beams & columns etc surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (Un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors, floors etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), Light shade, polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), Light shade, polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirtings etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and point in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick masonry wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each all as directed

S&F factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 1. Glass or wire mesh shall be paid separately. 2. For double Glazing window/ Single Glazing window necessary glazing bead as required at the site shall be provided by the contractor. The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of this provision.

S&F plain sheet glass 4mm thick , ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless Steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium powder coated, Decorative , fancy type, curtain rod of size 25mm dia all as directed and specified by Engr in charge.

S&F Brackets, decorative type chromium plated, suitable for holding curtain rods complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3mm thick wall care putty on internal wall surfaces & rubbing with sand paper to achieve a level and smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices etc by washing, rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat of acrylic distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering, consolidation vibrated with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 60 mm thick rubber moulded Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver block of M-35 grade, with laquer finish, any shape and size, designer pattern, confirming to IS 15658-2006, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where as directed.

Dismantling and shifting of high wall split AC 3 TR capacity (01 x Outdoor unit and 02 x Indoor unit) from FWTF Cafeteria to E/M Store carefully complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling, repair and refixing to existing fire alarm Multi sensor detector with base and back box/Response Indicator/Hooter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 2 Core 1.5 Sqmm, PVC flexible copper cable, 1100 Votls grade including 20mm dia red colour non metallic rigid PVC conduit and fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : 2 runs of cable and one run of conduit shall be measured as one length or one Meter.

Testing and configuration of existing fire alarm system with network card, devices, detectors, hooters and repeater panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, light fittings, regulators, sockets etc, removing materials to store, or keeping in safe custody for re-use at site or offering credit,& making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable MBC DB and offering credit including making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc using CM (1:4) or cement concrete (1:2:4) including necessary painting work to match existing colour., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan for painting and refixing ceiling/exhaust fan after completion of painting/re-wiring, and connecting up including provision of new cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Painting work shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Painting of Ceiling/Exhast fans complete, in site with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling caviteis with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS cable unsheathed copper conductor 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through concealed PVC conduit and including provision of PVC Insulated heavy duty ISI marked FRLS cable Unsheathed copper conductor,1.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including suitable size of sheet metal box 1.6mm thick fixed and flushed inside the walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., for the following: -

(a) One light point controlled by one 5 Amps switch.

(b) One switch socket outlet point 3 pin 5 Amps on same board with other switches.

(c) One ceiling/exhaust fan controlled by one switch

(d) One socket 5 amp on independent board.

All as per item No 36 above but wiring with 2.5 sq mm copper cable with 2.5 sq mm for one earth continuty cable for 6 pin 15 Amps socket out controlled by 15 Amps switch.

Supply and fix switch piano 6 Amps flush type one way all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch socket outlet 5 pin 6 Amps multi pin flush type all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 5 Amps Switch socket combination 5 Pin all as specified and directed

Supply and fix switch socket combination 3 Pin, 6/16 Amps multipin flush type all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling rose, three terminal, PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair fan speed regulator, electronic step type, suitable for single phase AC, 240 volts, 50 Hz, 100 watts all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix ceiling fans, complete with three blade, down rod, accessories 230V, 1200mm sweep, with Squirrel cage induction motor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix linear suspended (hanging) LED lights fitting 36 Watt, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sub-main wiring with four runs of 4 sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated, single core heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including not less than 25mm dia non metallic rigid PVC white conduit/casing caping and conduit accesories concealed/fixed to wall/roof/floor and including suitable PVC conduit with 4 sqmm copper earth wire, making good to the distrubed surfaces also matching the existing surfaces all as specified and directed. Note : 3 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit will be measured as one length or one Meter.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosures for MCB distribution board 240 Volts single pole and neutral 12 way double door with 200 amps rated bus bar complete including flushing the DBs inside the wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces and also matching with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 32 Amps, 240 Volts, 'C' Curve, 10 KA rupturing capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, 'C' Curve, 10 KA rupturing capacity all as specified and directed.
