BORED PILE 300 mm Dia Boring, providing and installing Bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement Concrete pile of specified diametre and length below the pile cap in RMC M30 concrete to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including Bentonite solution machinery charges labour chargres etc., all complete.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including Super Plasticiser, mixing charges for machine mix,laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - machine mix-Upto basement

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, Sill slabs etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner , vertical stiffener , side support and Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)- Plain Surface - Upto Basement

Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)- Column Surface- 0 to 3.30 m

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:6 using best quality Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 15mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.ns.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic Exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Fixing in position of entrance gate of Double leaf ( 2.00 m each length of outer frame with 0.50 mm M.S angles and in the immediate portion welded with 25 mm Ms Square tube vertically at an interval of 20 cm width adjusted to M.S Sheet of 0.60m wide wielded horizontally to the full depth of gate of 45 cm height from the bottom of the gate including welding with 25mm 6 mtrs M.S Flat at top and bottm of gates etc., necessary bolting arrangement holdfast and grouting the hinges in the RCC Pillar and Finishing in CM 1:3 - 12mm thick as directed by federation officiers
