Dismantling of sheeting of any description as in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing of 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain/corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete in any location such as balconies, roof, ducts, etc at any floor (upto G+3) complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old glass pane of any description of size n.exc 1 sqm each in windows of 2nd floor, provision of providing two nos of T section of size 30x30x4 mm drilling and welded complete as per site requirement with and incl requisite painting with primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to match with existing colour and fixing 3 nos of glass pane 4mm thick fixed with silicon, pins and putty with and incl all safety precautions and scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron mild steel work of any description or from any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred, iron doors, Ms plain sheet, XPM, ladders, framed balusters, walk way, railings, framed work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work, built in cement mortar incl all quoinns, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) and including taking out roots, of bushes/vegetation growth upto 120 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover slabs and walls, basement walls, in foundation and of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B-1 (for man holes, drain cover etc) size of slabs as per site requirement (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) including necessary use and waste of formwork and set in CM (1:6) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, plinth band, lintels etc hooking ends and binding with a including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC , 1:3:6 C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base under floor and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 400x400x12mm thick premium quality tiles hi-traffic range of endura full body vitrified with anti-skid finish, square in shape, laid in floor/paving set and jointed on screed bed of 40mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4 complete fixed in repair with and including demolition of existing tiles of any description incl bedding layer /PCC etc as ordered as per site requirement and disposal of debries from site complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, hold fasts and coppings as in brick wall duly rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing plaster of any description on brick wall/ concrete surface in facia, chhajjas, balconies, roof/ceiling at any floor (upto G+3) including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of walls mixed with water proofing compound and finished fair and even (without using extra cement) and including taking out roots, of bushes/vegetation growth upto 120 cm complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately and the rates quoted in this item are inclusive of providing necessary scaffolding and other requisite arrangements, cost of T&P, all safety devices etc complete.)

Material and labour for Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for forming square/rectangular/V grooves in plaster n exc 12mm deep and n.exc 15mm on face on outer surface of Compound wall or any other location complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing grill/Gate area of each exc 0.5 sqm but n.exc 2.00 Sqm (of any description, any weight) from walls/compound wall of any height by demolition the portion of embedded PCC or brick work and refixing the same in same/other location with and including all requisite repairs, welding and other adjustment as ordered as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed NOTE:- PCC for embedding in refixing shall be paid separately under appropriate item herein

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint. complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Zinc Chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for pre polished machine cut kota stone slab flooring, 16-18 mm thick in (single piece), in riser and treads and landings of stairs and step, skirting & dado in repair over and including 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rounding and moulding edges and corners all around and polishing to match with existing in blgs up to G+3 complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/steel frame in any floor i.e. upto (G+3) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 3.0mm thick ordinary sheet glass in squares n.exc. 0.5 sqm each pane fixed with silicon and oil putty in any floor i.e. upto (G+3) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing new and old painted/unpainted surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion paints, exterior grade (100% acrylic) on surfaces of walls in multistorey buildings three to five floors with and including requisite scaffolding and all necessary safety precautions and jhula arrangement complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for PVC non woven and vinyl printed design wall paper of thickness 200-280 GSM. The rate to include surface preparation and fixing using adhesive as per manufacturer guidelines as approved and directed by Engr-in-charge.
