Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-incharge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately).

6 mm thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification.

Two or more coats on new work

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Group C

Wiring for light /power plug with 2x4 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface /recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

(a) 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

(b) 1 X 6 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

(a) 5/6 amps switch

(b) 3 pin 5/6 amps socket.

Supplying and fixing Two Module type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm X 100mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 Volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

8 way , Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc.as required.

Single pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB Distribution Board complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc.as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I.Pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and installation of ceiling fan (1200 mm sweep), i/c wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 3 cm) with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required. Make Crompton or equivalent to ISI standard.

Supplying and Installation of 10 W LED Bulk head wall bracket/ ceiling fittings of all sizes and shapes containing upto two GLS lamps per fitting, complete with all accessories including connection etc. as required. Make Bajaj or equivalent to ISI standard.

Supplying and Installation of 20 W LED tube light fitting/ fluorescent tube fitting/ compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling /wall,including connection with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated ,copper conductor,single core cable and earthing etc. as required. Make: Havells CAT No. LHEXBXPNIN1 W020 or equivalent to ISI standard.

Supplying and Installation of 25 W LED Street light fittings of all sizes and shapes, including faabrication of metallic pole for road way light fitting upto 1.0 meters made out of 32mm dia G.I pipe etc. including fixing on the wall, painting connections, complete with all accessories etc. as required. Make:- Crompton or equivalent to ISI standard.

Providing and Fixing AC Ceiling fan Hanging rod size 10.0 mm x 0.50 m with complete.

Providing and fixing wooden board of size 10" x 12" for fixing of energy meter etc.as required.
