This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jjointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipes and upto ground level. For entire job, contractor will use their own T&P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering, JCB and tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipeline network of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipeline per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the department. Minimum labour for a following kms pipelines to be deployed: (3.5 KM) 101 km to 200 km - two fitter-II & four beldar (Qty=12 months x 3.5 KMs=42 KM)

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible Monoblock pump set conforming to IS 8034 and 2 pole motor operating at synchronised speed of speed 3000 RPM, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz AC and with water lubricated bearing to accept entire hydraulic thrust. Supply, with cable guard, thrust carbon/fibre bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturer's design. Proviting and fixing of powter factor control capacitor panel with MTC. On monthly rental basis. The resposbility of controctor is to maintain minimum power factor 0.96. If the contractor failed to maintain minimum PF, and any surcharge on this levied by AVVNL, the same be deducted from payment of contractor.
