Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 400 x 400 in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment.

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring average 25 mm thick surface finished even and rough (as in levelling course) to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade polished (square / rectangular) of 8 to 10 mm thick, area of each tile not exc. 0.36sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade polished (square / rectangular) of 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exc. 1.00sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.
