Supply and fixing Air Termination rod Single Pointed Aluminium Rod of Dia 12 mm Height 1000mm over exsting RCC Roof/ AC Sheet roof /GI Sheet roof etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note. (i) Air termination rod shall be grouted rigidly in PCC. (ii) PCC for grouting shall be measured and paid seperately under separate item. (iii) Air termination rod shall be connected with aluminium strip using Stainless steel Clamps complete with nuts, bolts & washers, gitty etc (iv) Cost of stainless steel clamp is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary forwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Roof & Down Conductor M&L Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm including percelian insulator/saddle and fixing screws, gitty, lord glue etc for fixing roof conductors properly above ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.. Note. Roof conductor shall be secured at not more than 1.00 metre apart using percelian insulators / saddles.

Earthing Conductor M&L Copper strip 32 x 6 mm fixed on wall with saddle or buried in ground from test link to the earth pit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Single Core PVC insulated copper flexible cable 50 Sq mm size drawn through PVC conduit of suitable dia fixed over walls using suitable clamps, copperlugs, brass nut bolt etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.,

M&L for Chemical earthing all as per following specification including necessary boring of suitable dia upto required depth in any type of soil for inserting the copper rod and filling of chemicals complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : DEHN/JEF TECHNO/ PRAGATI

M&L for Maintenance free eathing all as per Item here-in- above but including taking old U/S earthing Pits complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following points

Notes. Notes for item No 6 and 7:- (i) Earthing is to be done in front of the Engineer-in-Charge (ii) Test result of earthing to be submitted by the contractor for all earthing pits. (iii) The Contractor shall have to give written quarantee for maintaining earth resistance of less than 3 Ohm for period of 5 (five) years after certified date of completion and shall deposit Rs 1500/- per earthing pit as security deposit for a period of 5(five) years. (iv) Failing to maintain resistance of earthing pit less than 3 Ohm, new earthing pit to be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (v) Necessary earth work excavation shall be carried out in any type of soil strata, returning, filling in and making good the surrounding area complete.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for taking out / for laying under ground pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling,watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cms in hard/dense soil

Supply & Fix Rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage 500 Ltr tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified

Supply and fix Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and as directed for15 mm dia complete all as specified

Supply and laying GI tubing medium grade 15 MM dia ISI marked with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors incl. making good of disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying GI tubing medium grade ISI marked for15 mm dia GI tubing with all fittings, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting of GI Pipe upto 50 mm dia in position for insertion of new TEE, supply and fixing of union and tee reducer of required size dimention and reconnecting the main water supply line with all required fittings complete all as ditected by Engr-in Charge

Supply & Fix Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs for Bib taps PTMT of size 15 mm dia bore , screwed down to iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed including taking down existing bib tap of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F (in replacement) Octagonal shaped GI hot dipped electric pole, Polished finished (7 metre long) Single arm bracket complete with PCC base, bolts, nuts, washers and base plates complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge including the following:-

(a) Excavation in post hole not exceeding for pole foundation & getting out in soft loose soil, returning, filling in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metres. (b) M&L for Providing PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation as per manufacturers design upto GL including Nuts, bolts, washers and base plates of suitable size and length for grouting in as per manufacturer's design. (c) M&L for painting of pole externally with one coats of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth if required) and above plinth block/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces including Strips of 30 cm wide sky blue floursent and reflactor bands 3 Nos in alternate layers upto the height of 1.5 Mtr above plinth block. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in hard/dense soil for laying of cables/ for erection of poles/ for stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

Supply & laying well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' brick of size 230x115x75mm laid across trenches for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for GI tubing 40mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring/ drilling (horizontally ) of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology suitable for passing GI/HDPE pipe 80mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down the old unserviceable XLPE cable and Supply and fix new XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down recessed type light fittings from ceiling complete including making good to the distrubed ceiling surface by fiiling of suitable size of ceiling panel as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down surface type light fitting from surace of wall / ceiling complete including making good to the distrubed suface complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for armstong / grid roof ceiling including connecting up with driver with suitable flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size including making good to the distrubed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge Make: Havells /Crompton/Bajaj/Phillips
