Dismantling and taking out unserviceable old control panel with control wiring up to mid way Junction and supply & fix new control Panel with control wiring up to mid way Junction comprising with multiple micro controlled programmed chip based link to each other in net work, thermal over load protection comprising with can bus controller with intigrated main drive suitable up to 15 HP Motor based on micro controller and controlled by pulse with modulation complete with all safety devices such as , Over current protection, Auto phase revers etc.including proper connection with proper lugs,terminal connectors screws and motor connection with galvanished sheet trucking 24 SWG including wiring of main motor with Suitable size of standered copper cable etc, for R-6, R-9,R-10, & R-12 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old unservicable shaft wiring, supply & fixing of shaft wiring in hoist way upto lower limit with PVC insulated copper conductor cable single cor 1100 Volts grade 0.75 Sqmm 24 nos single core & 1.0 Sqmm for earth wire duly bunched with wire bunding locking strip, drawing throughin and including galvanished sheet metaltrucking of 24 SWG upto ground floor in hoist for controlto all function including in built connection for control panel,PCB,Hall push button, fire swtich and lower limit swtich all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for R-4, R-5,R-6,R-7 R-9, R-10,& R-12 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable main steel wire rope after disconnecting old main steel wire rope from counter weight, pulley and car cabin & providing new main steel wire rope 13mm dia, ungalvanised, 8/19 construction in and including necessary connection with counter weight, pulley & car cabin with clamps, nuts, bolts & washer etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge R-6, R-9,R-10, R-12 , R-4, R-5 & R-7 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.. Disconnecting and taking out old/unserviceable Governer rope of size 8 mm dia(8/19construction) ungalvanised including necessery connection with pully in machine room and shaft pit complete with clamps, nuts bolts, and washers etc, for R-6,R-9,R-10,R-12,R-4,R-5 & R-7 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. . Dismantling and taking out unserviceable old landing push button box along with illuminated call button with control wiring and supply & fix landing push button box complete with stainsless face plate 1.5mm thick having 02 push button and combined digital position indicator with arrow indicator complete including cutting walls for fixing of push button unit including making good to disturbed wall surface for R-6, R-9,R-10, R-12 , R-4, R-5 & R-7 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable flate/round travelling cable from hoist way, supply and fixing travellig cable, from hoist way PVC insulated 16 core with stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 0.75sqmm confirming to relevent IS in and including crimping with lugs of appropriate thimbles in building R-6, R-9,R-10, R-12 , R-4, R-5 & R-7 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- Poly - cab/Finolex/Roliflex.

Dismantling and taking out old un serviceable landing door from various floors & supply and fixing new Landing door comprise of 02 Nos power operated auto centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of 18 SWG flush type complete with door Headers Suitable for (8/13 Ps lifts),including necessary cutting opening in masonry work & making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing complete in R-6, R-9,R-10, R-12 , R-4, R-5 & R-7 building(G+14) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and supply and fix hooter with emergency call announciator alongwith MP3 system and floor announciator working on 12 Volts with audibility 90DB @ 100M distance with complete accessories like push button switches, wiring alongwith box including connecting cables all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. bldg No R-6, R-9,R-10, R-12 , R-4, R-5 & R-7

Dismantling and taking out gear box assembly from main machine for repairs/replacement of unserviceable /wornout parts such as spare worn wheel, worn shaft bushes, thrust bearing and pedestal bearing and necessary packing including overhauling, cleaning,alignment of gear box assembly and after repairs/repalcement of wornout part assembly and refixing with existing machine with proper alignment,painting and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. bldg No R-6, R-9,R-10, R-12 , R-4, R-5 & R-7

Dismantling & Design, supply, installation of new car cabin with platform alongwith 5mm aluminium Chequred plate, with aluminum sil & centre auto door of 900mm opening in SS Hairline finish of 16 gauge with car door track, alongwith SS false ceiling as per existing size in bldg No R-4, R-5 & R-7 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge consisting of following :-. (i) Type of car cabin - 8 Passenger. (ii) Load capacity - 544 Kgs (iii) Car door type- Centre opening, sliding type, hair line of 18 SWG. (iv) Door opening inside : 800 mm (W) x 2000 mm (H) (v) Car enclosure : Standard manufacturing with MS frame & SS panels, with false ceiling with 04 Nos LED light fitting on ceiling and concealed fan with fan grill. (vi) 3D infra red sensor for safety edge of door for entire height. (vii) Fixing of new COP with overload button and digital car position indicator in COP. (Viii) Safety instruction board in car. (ix) Do's and Don'ts board in car. (x) Emergency telephone numbers board in car. (xi) Flooring : Aluminium Chequered plate 5mm thick complete. Dismantling and taking out old archtrave from landing door complete and disposing of the same to outside MD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18mm thick mirror polished black granite slab, machine cut mirror polished cladding with chamfered/rounded edges approved decorative design including necessery PCC work granite slab & jointing in cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigement to match with shade of granite for lifts architrave at all floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance and repair of fully automatic electrically operated passenger lifts of any make and installed capacity against Sch'A' Item 3 with a carrying capacity of 13 passenger (884 Kg) to serve 15th floor (G+14 floors) with a speed of 1.5 mtr/sec with gearless permanent magnet type single speed motor & AC variable voltage and variable frequency(VVVF) control automatic leveling device to bring the lift car to exact landing level.Simplex automatic operation with or without attendent including power operated,center opening stainless steel sliding door, Automatic rescue device ( ARD) system 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set ( 02 Nos, one each in car & near ground floor landing door) landing door with stainless steel hair line finish & indicators at each floor,total 02 Nos Lifts in bldg No R-6, R-9,R-10, R-12 G+14 storey for four years all days including Sunday and holiday after expirey of defect liability period as shown below and all as speicified and directed by GE. Note :- Contractor shall carryout comprehensive maintenance( routine maintenance, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly) as per attached performa and maintain all the lifts in serviceable condition 24 hrs x 365 days with out any extra cost.
