M&L factory made 2nd class glazed and skeleton door shutter made out of stiles & rails of 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood, seasoned and chemically pressure treated & open rebated and prepared to receive glass/gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain,chamfered of rounded, fitted with and mitred beads for securing glass etc compelte, the size of members of shutter shall be as per IS-1003. The shutter shall be fitted to the chowkhats as directed.

S&F "ECOCELL" or equivalent brand ( 30mm thick ) plain WPC Factory made 100% Solid WPC decorative flush door ( Conforming As Per IS : 4020 ) made from 100% lead free single extruded with density not less than 550 kg/cum. Manufactured by an ISO: 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be Water Proof, termite proof, fire retardent and having screw holding capasity.

Providing 30mm thick "ECOCELL" or equivalent brand factory made wire mesh solid PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tube of 19 guage thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles and 15mm x 15mm for top, lock & bottom rail. MS frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make and manufacturer. 19mm x 19mm MS square tubes shall be covered with heat moulded (100% lead free) plain sheet 'C' channel made from 5mm (±0.25) thick PVC sheet of density 600 kg/Cbm manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company of size 30mm thickness, 90mm width out of which 75mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be bent in 90* angle on either side forming stiles, one of the 90* bend edge is cut from stiles as well as rails to nail from inner side of door to hide wiremash fixing steel screws. 5mm (±0.25) thick 115mm wide PVC sheet out of which 100mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be bent in 90* on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 130mm wide PVC sheet out of which 100mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be bent in 90* on both side to form lock rail. An additional 5mm (±0.25) thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' channel using PVC solvent cement adhesive. Panel will be of GI/SS wire mesh of 24 guage to be fitted inside area of stiles & rails. The wire mesh in top, bottom & lock rail is sealed with 15mm x15mm tube with steel screw of size 13/6mm. 10mm (5mm x 2 Nos) thick PVC strip of 25mm width is to be stuck & nail on both side of G.I. wire mesh interior at the top, bottom & lock Rail. 10mm thick (5mm x 2 nos) thick, 20mm wide cross pvc sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail Door to be fixed to frame with 3 nos. S&F "ECOCELL" or equivalent brand of 50mm thick semi height solid PVC partition consisting of 40mm sandwich PVC panel made out of 36mm high density expanded polystyrene sheet (E.P.S Thermocol) stuck on both side with 2mm (±0.2) thick plain PVC foam sheets of density 600 Kg/Cbm Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company, reinforced with frame work made from 35mm x 5mm MS angles. In between two MS angle 5mm (±0.25) thick 100% lead free laminated heat moulded PVC 'C' Channel of size 50 x 100mm with feathered edges shall be fixed on the floor & 50 x 75mm with feathered edges laminated PVC 'C' channel shall be fixed in top MS frame work. Sandwich PVC panel shall be inserted in the top & bottom PVC 'C' channel. In between adjoining EPS sandwiched PVC partitions panel 5mm (±0.25) thick x 75mm width plain PVC sheet feathered edges shall be stuck on front & back face using solvent cement etc. In places where two partition meet to from an 'L' shape the panels are joined 5mm (±0.25) thick laminated heat moulded PVC sheet 'L' section of size 75mm x 75mm with feathered edges shall be fixed on front & back side. This is done to maintain the symmetry of design. An additional 5mm (±0. 25) thick PVC strip of 40mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing. M&L applying two or more coats of 2 component zinc based epoxy rust preventer (Nitozinc Primer-M) on corroded reinforcement after cleaning and removing the rust from corroded reinforcement with the help of wire brush and treating it with rust remover (Reebaklens RR) including thoroughly cleaning washing air blowing brushing etc complete all as specified & directed. Note : Qty of Zinc based epoxy rust prevent or only shall be taken into account for payment purpose on the basis of actual consumption.

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt including plaster of any description over the surfaces of roof, terraces including flashing and junction of parapets/curve walls etc and removing of the rubbish and deposting where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick screed bed or rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concrete /brick surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement finished even and smooth in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane finished complete all as specified. (Polymeric membrane and WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

M&L water proofing treatement to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of following course of treatement /specified from bottom to top (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3mm thick weight not less 3.5 Kgs/Sqm and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white mineral gravel finish, unifirmly embeded during manufacturing process shall only be used, it shall be laid by torch application. Side overlap should be 75mm and end shall be 100mm. For parapets, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60cm and then inserted inside parapet in groove. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing.
