Earth work in excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all kind of soil (excluding soil containing 50% or more of shingles of small size boulder up to 30 cm size saturated soil and rock) lift up to 1.5m and staking the excavated soil not more than 3m clear from the edge of the excavation and returning the excavated soil in 15 cm layers when required to the plinth side of foundation etc consolidating the each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then depositing of all surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50m

Filling in plinth with sand under floor including water, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3course sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centering and shuttering in a) Foundations and plinth

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for (a) Foundation, Plinth

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for (c) columns, Pillars and Piers

Reinforcement of RCC work including bending, binding, and placing in position complete (a) Mild Steel

Reinforced concrete works in foundation, footings. Bases of columns etc. and mass concrete excluding cost of centering and shuttering and reinforcement in (a) M20 (1 Cement: 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 Stone aggregates 20mm size Nominal size)

Half brick masonry (with best available local bricks) in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth.

15mm cement plaster 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 fine sand) on the rough side of single or half brick wall

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing,in positionand applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structral steel etc as required. b) in grating, frames, guard bar, ladder, railing, brackets, gates and similar works.
