Dismantling G.I pipes of all diameter external work including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out pipes manually / by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling Plain Cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully with out damaging adjecent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1cement, 3crushed sand, 6graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20mm)/M:10 with minimum cement content 220 Kg/CuM including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification sand drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering Complete at all levels.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.

Using materials produced confirming to IS:2062 only. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials. Notes : '(1) Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts, anchor bolts shall not be measured for payment, but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate. '(2) All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted. (3) Edges of plates shall be grinded to uniform smooth finish. '(4) Full length welding shall be carried out as directed by the EIC. Note : Tentative/suggested make for the guidance of the bidder (s) : M/s. Providing and Painting with Epoxy PU paint using 2 coats of (120 Micron dry film thickness) Epoxy PU high build coating as finishing coat over a priming coat of High Build primer of 50 micron thickness over steel surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, scraping , applying sand paper , making free of Rust, dust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joint, cracks if any using epoxy putty complete. all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to achieve minimum overall dry Film thickness of 170 micron (50 Micron primer Coat + 120 micron finishing Coat). Supplying man power along with necessary pans, spades, shovels pickaxe, punjas, ropes, small special spade, raincoats, safety shoes, etc. minimum two number of labour per day upto maximum any number of labour as and when decided by Project Engineer to work for eight hours per day or monsoon period to carry out the cleaning of choked drains grating grills/hume pipes /footpath by removing the dry leaves, silt etc. and also carry out seasonable departmental work allotted by Project Engineer from time to time.

Providing Structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg ; silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. Providing, laying , jointing, fixing and testing heavy quality (ISI Marked C-Class) Galvanised Iron pipes and ISI marked fittings like, tees, elbows, bends, unions, nipples,reducers etc. as required for the work, including testing the pipes and fittings for 10.00 Kg / Sq.Cm hydralic pressure with a minimum period of two hours duration with clean water, including cutting , threading, jointing with hemp yarn, white lead, jointing teflon tape, chasing walls and making good by filling with concrete 1:3:6, complete all as per specifications and drawings, including two coats of anti corrosive bitumastic paint, all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using steel plates, timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels for super structure.

Providing and Fixing SMC Panel water storage Tank of approved manufactured as per lS 14399 made out of Hot Pressed Moulded Sheet Moulding Compound (SMC) panels of size 1mx1m and 1mx0.5m as per site requirement at required elevation. All the flanges of the panels should have 10 nos of holes for fastening and joining the panels to one another. Manhole should be provided on the roof of the tank with proper locking arrangement with cover of dia 600mm. Panel should withstand hydrostatic pressure of at least 4 times the working load and should be provided with hot dip galvanized nut, bolts / washer and special sealant having excellent UV resistance as well as suitable for potable water. The roof should be supported with pvc pipe of 110mm dia at every 1m interval. The tank should have ladders inside and outside, provision of inlet, outlet, overflow / drain and fixing necessary Nozzles / Flanges provided with tanks are of G.I. and Qty. is 1 each for Inlet /Outlet/Overflow 50mmNB & 100mm NB for Outlet required length as per site conditions with double check nuts, washers etc. complete job as per the directions of engineer-in-charge .
