Picking cement plastering Etc complete

Dismantling the excisting damaged floor or wall Tiles with carefully removing from work side

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 20mm , thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specification (S.I.306)

Paving the floor with vertrified marboite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 610 x 610 x 10mm of approved make quality and colour in all floor over a base layer of CM 1:3, 20mm tk and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of .40kg/m2 laid etc, complete.

Providing Cup-board Shutter with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5sq.mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box for 5A 3 pin non interlocking flush type CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for open plug point (SD-10)

Supply and fixing 18W 4 Feet LED fitting with LED etc complete

AC Ceiling fan complete 1200mm (48”) sweep with 300mm Down rod.(without regulator) (Higher end)

Supply and fixing PVC pipes and specilas - 25mm PVC pipe
