Loading, Safe carriage & unloading of heavy stock material (other than pole) from any store center (under jurisdiction of PVVNL) to site store with proper stacking of material

Loading, Safe carriage & unloading of ACSR Dog Conductor from any store center (under jurisdiction of PVVNL) to site store with proper stacking of material

Excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft & hard rock and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be of size 450x450 mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support & Erection of support after providing and placing of stone pad 300x300x75 mm at the bottom of the excavated pit. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from site store to pit site. 11 M Long STP, SP-55 Round Pole

Fixing of Cross Bracing Sets 4.3 Mtr. from M.S. Angle 65×65×6mm/50×50×6mm & other accessories on the supports as per drawing. Work includes cutting of holes and providing M.S. Bolts of 16×40mm size in the middle of cross bracing with 1 no. spring washer, fixing of other hardware with supply of clamps of size 75x10 mm. The work also includes carriage & handling of accessories from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required. Grouting of supports in CC 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size (450×450) mm ×1/6th of full length of the support, up to ground level, 300 mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grit) with muffing as per drawing, work includes back filling and proper ramming. 11 M Long STP, SP-55 Round Pole

Earthing of supports with MS earth Rod of (20×2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving M.S. Rod 3.0 M apart from support and 0.5m below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of G.I. wire no. 8 SWG and earthing lugs.

Providing & fixing of danger board at each location as per specification of the drawing with clamps etc.

Chopping of branches of trees of eucalyptus, Neem, Keekar and other kind of trees along the route of the line and disposal of the same at suitable place.

Painting of following supports/structures with 2 coats of Asian/Dulux/Burger or similar quality synthetic enamel Aluminum paint after applying two coats of ready mix red oxide primer of Asian/Dulux/Burger or similar quality including cost of all material after rubbing/cleaning of surface of support/structure to make it suitable for painting as required. 11 Mtr, SP-55 Poles including all channels/X-Arms/Clamps etc. Double supports

Making H.T. Connections of the proposed line, on to the existing 33 KV bay/line from where line is emanating and another at the end of line to the terminal gantry at proposed 33 KV Sub-station. The work consists of fixing of tension fitting, insulators, jumpering, clamping and binding etc. at the end as per site conditions.

Providing &Wrapping of barbed wire on 33 KV PCC Poles/SP-55/SP-72 ST Poles as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9 Mtr. at a height of 2.75 Mtr. from the ground.

Numbering of each supports by preparing background with dark yellow paint in the size of 150mm dia and writing support number 100mm high with black paint.

Trenchless Laying of 33KV XLPE cable of size 3x300mm2 details as given below. Supply & laying of HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-200mm Dia Pipe for laying of 33 KV, 3x300 mm2 XLPE Cable with HDD Method Including Cable Laying through HDPE pipe.

Laying of 33 KV XLPE cable of size 3x300mm2 details as given below. Safe carriage of 3x300mm2 XLPE Cable from any store centre (under jurisdiction of PVVNL) to site store including loading, unloading and both ends.

Digging of trench of size 900x1050 mm for laying of 33 KV 3×300 mm2 Cable & back filling, Including Supply & Laying of Ist Class bricks work for making chulla and sand work for cushion.

Safe laying of 33 KV 3×300mm² XLPE cable into trench including loop

Safe laying of 33 KV 3×300mm² XLPE cable in Air on DP Riser

Supply & Fixing of cable rout marker along the rout of 33 KV cable.

Making of 33 KV Outdoor/indoor type Heat shrink XLPE Cable Box of 33KV 3×300mm2 XLPE cable and crimping of proper size Aluminum lugs. Work includes providing insulating tapes etc.

Supply and Fixing of 150mm dia 3 mtr long G.I pipe over 33 KV 3x300 mm2 XLPE cable before mounting the cable on double pole structure/ Power T/F. This work includes supply & fixing of clamps, Nut bolt, sealing of top and bottom of pipe and one end of pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm including laying of cable in Pipe.

Laying of double circuit 33 KV 3x300mm2 XLPE cable after digging and laying of two parallel lengths of HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-200 IS-4984 through trenchless HDD method across Meerut-Roorkee road having width approximately 75 meters, The depth of boring should be 4.5-5.0 meter below the road surface and it should also be such as to maintain safe distance from underground utilities obstacles, However in no case the boring be less than 4.0 meter below the road surface, HDPE Pipe (150 Mtr) PE-80, PN-6, DN-200, IS 4984 will be provided by the contractor. This work also includes making of loops of the cable at both openings of the bore as per RESPO specification
