SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (E/M WORKS)

Dismantling of old ACSR conductor from the disturbed span including line spacer and unserviceable material removing from site of work complete all as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable/defective (Pin type, Shackle type) insulators of any size/type and removing materials from site of work complete all as directed

Dismantling of old cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections, etc, including mild steel bolts, nuts, washers, etc. and removing from site of work complete all as directed.

Supply and laying light grade GI pipe (ISI Marked) as cable protection to be fixed on wall / pole with necessary clamps as per existing or in road crossing as ordered of size 80 mm bore complete all as directed. ( Note :- Unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of MS clamps required to be fixed on pole).

All as per item No 1.04 here- in-above but for 50mm bore GI pipe light grade.

All as per item No 1.04 here- in-above but for 40mm bore GI pipe light grade.

Supply, Laying, jointing & testing 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium stranded conductor laid in trenches or passing through pipe of cross sectional area 150 sqmm 3.50 core with all fixing & connecting accessories complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- (i) Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The rate quoted by the bidder shall deemed to be inclusive of the cost of aluminium thimbles/lugs of suitable sizes."

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removal of surplus excavated (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying dry coarse sand as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Consolidated punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying in trenches Bricks, sub class 'B' old size bricks of size 230x113x75mm, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying DWC pipe SN-4 with coupler 75mm OD,ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16098, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. laid in trenches/ fixed to pole/laying under road crossing/fixed on pavement walls with clamps complete all as specified and as directed. Make :Ultra Plus of Supreme or equivalent approved.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of panel board in repair not less than 2.0m x 2.0m x0.60 m , indoor cubical type factory made (CPRI approved) ,single hinged type door for individual MCCBs rubberised gasket, front & back side openable type with locking arrangement (locking arrangement should be screw type), fabricated of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick supported on 50x 50 x 6 mm angle iron and Tee section frame dust and vermin proof complete with aluminium bus bar 4 Nos, 1000 Amps rated capacity mounted on porcelain insulators totally enclosed chamber for protection 3 phase 415 volt with suitable capacity aluminium bus bar and PVC insulated copper cable of size 6 sqmm for control wiring duly mounted on PCC floor with suitable size of bolts, nuts & wahsers. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory made LT feeder pillar box in repairs outdoor type platform mounted, CPRI approved suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50Hz AC Supply system all as specified and directed having busbar installed on DMC/Epoxy insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin Proof, IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA steel sheet with double door shutter and locking arrangement, openable from front & back both including powder coated on both outer and inner surfaces of panel. The TPN aluminium bus bar not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incommer MCCB including 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame workupto height of 0.9mtr above ground level (duly painted with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces) with and including following spares and including dimantling of old unserviceable existing feeder pillar box all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Supply and fix in repair, Street light cable junction box made of polycarbonate of szie 155x210x92mm suitable for 10-16 Sqmm cable with knockouts, ''halogen free and weather proof', for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry) IP-66 protection including short cable entry gland tread type with lock nut, four way bakelite terminal with brass studs and nuts, GI flat strip clamps of size 25mm X 3mm with bolts, nuts and washers for fixing with MCB one 06 Amps inside the junction box complete all as specified & as directed. S&F MCCB 125 Amps, 4 Pole, 18 KA, Ics = 100% (Icu), 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, suitable for existing LT panel/feeder pillar including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Cat Part No: L&T cat No CM90677OOLO or equivalent model of as specified.)

M&L for Earthing complete in repairs with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected with GI strip with 32 x 6mm earth lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering and GI 40mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of GI earth wire etc, PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 50mm thick RCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bar 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar, including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50m and necessary test point made out of 16gauge MS box with porcelain insulators, funnel, wire mesh etc and testing on completion all as specified in MES Schedule Part-I Electrical Plate No. 3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as finishing road/concrete surface including finishing to exposed concrete surfaces even and fair complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Busbar chambers 4 way 100 Amps outdoor type (IP65/66) pole mounted including provision of fixing on pole by means of suitable size of clamps with nuts and bolts including neccessary connection including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified.
