M & L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius using old size brick built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonary surface or surface other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zink chrome complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 40 mm thick ( measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame type B-0 1:2:4 ( 12.5 mmgraded stone aggregate) set in CM 1: 4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel bars TMT 10 mm dia and over, cut to length,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for coh, .nns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel bars TMT 6mm to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for coh, .nns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bar shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed baluster, walk way, railings, frame work of water tankand similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provisionof galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc as directed (Each line wire to be measured).
