M&L for Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rough excavation in soft/loose soil and getting out for shallow pit n. exc 1.5 m deep and spraying adequate quantity of bleaching powder inside the bottom pits and its walls as well over the sludge for hygienic condition, and spreading levelling in layers the excavated earth on the shallow pits to cover the sludge in the pit, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Bleaching powder shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & spreading of bleaching powder confirming to IS code and ISI marked brand complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Vitrified Ceramic heavy duty matt/stone finished coloured parking tiles, scratch/ stain resistant 10 to 12mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; including dismantling of existing old damaged paver block of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
