Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Supplying and filling foundation and basement well gravel filling sand layers not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, watered and compacted complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Random Rubble masonary in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best rough and bond stones from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. laying and curing etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.(For 10 M3)

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Supplying and Erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists (Country wood) of size 10x6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10-13cm dia spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Finishing the top of flooring with granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete

Stucco Plastering 12 mm thick using blue granite chips of size 10 mm and below over a base plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 12mm thick,including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with CM 1 : 5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1 : 3, 10mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2.

Supply and Fixing of Cuddapah slab for Shelf including cost and conveyace of allmaterials to site complete

Supplying and fixing of push and pull type Rolling shutter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I.sheet.The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of Hood covers , transportation charges etc., and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and fixing in position of M.S grills using for windows and ventilators in position including labour charges for fixing furniture fittings for windows & ventilators with standard drawings , etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Wiring with 2x1.5(22/0.3) sqmm PVC unsheathed SC Copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with T.W. switch box with 5amps F.T. switch in flush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wireconnection of 14 SWG wire for cocealed Light point/fan point (5 points per coil) [ SD No. 25 ]

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqm(22/0.3) insuheathed Sc Cu Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and celing with PVC accessories with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch in flush with wall 150 x 100 x 113 mm TW switch Box for 5A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with continous earth wire connection of 14 SWG T.C wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point (SD 37)

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit [ SD125 ]

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains [SD 64]

Supply and fixing of 15Amps arial fuse unit (500amps) on suitable 100X100mm teak wood concealed box with hylum sheet on the tapping pole with necessary clamps [ SD No 130]

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'-40W flourescent tube fitting with copper choke and condenser with TW round block on wall or ceiling with flourescent tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting of Tube Light [SD 88 ]

Supplying and fixing of W T Bulk head fitting with guard (Philips/bajaj/crompton/Klite) suitable for incandescent lamp and 60W bulb . [ SI 84 ]

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
