HT PANEL 11 KV Seven Panel Switch Gear : 11 KV Seven Panel Switch Gear as desciribed in SOQ Item No. 1 of tender documents.
Battery Charger Design, manufacture, assembly, supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 24V, float cum boost battery charger and necessary distribution board with 10 Nos. 16A outgoing feeders, instrument panel, Amp, Volts meter, interconnections etc., suitable for incoming power supply of 230 V, 1 phase, 50 Hz ± 10%.
Battery Design, manufacture, assembly, supply erection, testing & commissioning of 24 Volt, 180 AH Battery bank of Ni-Cadmium maintenance free batteries, duly charged complete with connecting lead mounting stand etc. as required, suitable for control supply to 11 KV board.
TRANSFORMER (DRY TYPE ) Design, manufacture , supply , assembly at site , installation, testing and commissioning of 2000 KVA Transformer with percentage impedance 6.25% (without negative tolerance) 11 KV / 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz delta/star connected, indoor, cast resin, copper wound, Dry type , natural air cooled transformer, with class F insulation complete with all fittings such as OFF Load Tap Changer +5 % to –7.5% tapping at the step of 2.5%, with AVR, RTCC bi-directional roller, diagrams & rating plate & Winding temperature indicator, lifting lugs, termination of 11 KV cable on HT side with top entry and sadwiched bus duct on L T side. Losses of transformer shall be as per ECBC. 2000 KVA Transformer as mentioned above.
MV PANELS Totally Type Tested Assemblies (TTA) Design, manufacture , supply , assembly at site , installation, testing and commissioning of following cubical type panels Totally Type Tested (TTA) made of CRCA sheet, base channel, doors & partitions complete with, Air Circuit Breaker, Moulded Case Circuit Breakers, meters, indicating lamps, current transformer etc. complete in all respects, insulated aluminium bus bars with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in suitable bus bar chambers, interconnection,bus bar shrouds at joints, wiring, name plate, danger plate, earth bus etc. & comprising of compartments with hinged door for each feeder & its accessories, cable alley with hinged doors, bus chamber with bolted door etc. The panel shall be dust & vermin proof construction with rubber gasket and powder coated . The panel shall be free standing floor mounted type as per relevant drawing. The panel shall be completely modular and compartmentalised with Form 4 B Seperation as per IEC 61439. The panel shall be manufactured as per IEC 61439. Note:- i) All MCCBS shall be with Extended type Front door operating handle, Phase Spreaders & Phase Barriers. ii) Metering CT's burden shall be 15VA & accuracy class 1.0. iii) CT's shall be "CAST RESIN" type . iv) MCCB's up to and including 250 Amp shall be with adjustable thermal-magnetic release for over current and short circuit protection adjustable from 80-100%. MCCB above 250 amp shall be with Microprocessor based release for over current and short circuit protection. All incoming MCCBs above 250 A will be provided additionally with earth falut protection. Bus-coupler MCCB may be without protection. v) All indication lights shall be LED type. vi) All meter shall be "DIGITAL" type. vii) Rated Short time withstand current of all ACB's are Icw for one second. viii) Breaking Capacity of all MCCB's are Ics Service Breaking Capacity ix) Degree of Protection shall be IP:42 .For indoor aplication. x) Panel Manufacturer should have Type Test Certificates for Short Time withstand current test of 50KA for 1.0 Sec from CPRI. Bhopal / Bangalore. xii) "ON" Indicating lamp shall be provided for all 3 phase MCCB out going feeders . xiii) Control SP MCB's of 2A Rating shall be provided for each metering circuit. xiv) 20% spare control terminal to be provided. xv) Live parts shall not be accessible after opening the door, Transparent acrylic sheet to be provided to cover the same & busbar joints section shall be covered with PVC shrouds. xvi) All MFM will have M-Bus conectvity over 485 port for BMS integration. xvii) All EDO breakers shall have spare contacts on the rear of the panel for BMS conectivity. xviii) The panel shall be suitable for BMS Integeration.
DG Sets Isolator Panels:- One (1) Nos. 800A , 50 KA Four pole , EDO ACB, with ON/OFF indication lamp, phase indication lamp and TNC control switch etc. complete as required .

Exhaust Piping : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of exhaust pipe from DG Sets on MS support along the building as per drawing fabricated out of MS pipe including all MS support, fixing accessories and hardwares. The exhaust pipes shall be insulated with 75 mm thick LRB Rock wool density 96 kg per meter cube insulation wrapped in chicken mesh and clad with 24 gauge aluminium sheet as required. SOFTWARE Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of the Graphical Software providing the facility to create / provide the following, static and animate the graphics, navigation between pages, display of logs, changing the time zones, popup alarms, with minimum of 1 user license configurable password protection for BMS as per Specifications. The BMS platform shall natively support standard communication protocols such as BACnet™. The software should be web based software required to remotely monitor the system for 5 concurrent users. The BMS software should have email facility for sending critical alarms or can receive the pop-up in BMS software when alarm triggers. There shall be minimum 5 simultaneous users. Software shall be integrated other third party devices. Software shall permit use of standard web browsers. The software shall be programmable without the use of a dongle. The BMS module of the integrated software shall also be capable of working with 'Third Party' BACNET / Modbus compliant DDC controllers and shall receive or send data without the need for any additional configuration / licence. The software shall be able to connect to the various devices, collect the values from them, provide outputs to them as per logics, store required datas. The software shall also provide a rich graphic user interface which shall be specially developed for touch screen functions and user friendly interface. There shall be a set of trends and reports that can be viewed from the server station or through mobile or web access. These reports shall have dedicated buttons on the trends / reports page for an user to obtain them at a single click / touch.There shall be a set of trends and reports that would be mailed to different users at pre-determined periods.
Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of the web based router / network area controller interfacing the DDC controllers, Modbus RTU/ BACnet MSTP for 3rd Party Devices for the system with PC. Same controller shall be used for 3rd Party devices and DDC. It has capacity to store trends & program backup. It should be BTL & UL Listed and shall be of the same make as DDCs.
CONTROLLERS Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning the following equipment for BAS. The controllers shall be UL listed, 32 bit microprocessor based standalone with real time clock. The DDC's shall be capable of peer to peer communication with other DDCs and then to router Also with locable MS mounting cabinets (IP54 rating vandal proof) duly powder coated connector strip, internal wiring and space to house controller & relays, connector strip current transformer, MCB, internal wiring. Contractor shall confirm his I/O provision w.r.t requirement on basis of datapoint. DDCs requiring more than 2 additional Plug in type IO Module cards or expansion modules to suffix the requirement of required inputs/outputs are not acceptable. Use of AI to DI multiplexer is also not acceptable. DDCs shall be compact factory fitted with IO Points. Each controller must have minimum 10% spare points capacity. Maximum 32 points per controller shall be allowed.
