EQUIPMENTS

Fabrication and Supply of Road sign board as per specification of MOTOR VEHICLE ACT in force (Small size 60 x 60 x 3 mm). The board is ACP board 3 mm thick, high intensity read vinyl boarder and leters high intensity black vinyl (Vinile sticker should be 3M). Framing 1 inch 16 guage square tube. Fittings with 2 inch GI pipe (B class) 3.50 meter long nut and bolt system. Bottom of the pipe 2 hole in opposit direction (2.50 cm center to center) and 15 cm long 2 nos rod for embadding in concrete. Frame and pipe painted with two or more coat appoved brand metal paint over supirior quality metal primer.(Minimum 3 year warranty). Matter for signage shall be " SCHOOL AHEAD, SIDE ROAD RIGHT, SIDE ROAD LEFT, CROSS ROAD , INTERSECTION, Y- INTERSECTION, NO ENTRY, HUMP, LEFT HAND CURVE, RIGHT HAND CURVE, SPEED LIMIT 30, HOSPITAL AHEAD, NO HORN, HORN BANNED,GO SLOW ACCIDENT PRONE AREA, etc.."

Ready made Road Humb made of Natural hard rubber 500 mm length, 350 mm width and 50 mm hight with 4 anchor bolts of suitable size with necessary washer and fiber plugs, etc. , End caps of 175 mm length 50 mm height and 350 mm width (one side tapered) and 2 anchor bolts of suitable size with necessary washer and fiber plugs, etc. (NOTE-One humb unit is comprising of 3 Nos Black, 3 Nos Yellow and 2 Nos End caps. (Hence Quoting shoud be for One humb unit , Not Separate/Individual pieces.)
