TENDER FOR Partial Deck plate replacement in external floating roof at KARARI DEPOT AS PER SCOPE OF WORK AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SCOPE OF WORK 1. DISMANTLE STEEL PLATE OF DECK : The rates are applicable for all heights / depths and floors including scaffolding , unless otherwise specified. Dismantling structural steel work in RS joints, flats, tee and channels including desmembering at all heights and gas cutting if required. DISMANTLE STEEL PLATE OF DECK OF TK07 EFR TANK ALONG WITH NECESSARY ACCESSORIES. All jobs to be completed as directed BY BPCL OFFICIALS AT BPCL KARARI DEPOT AS PER SCOPE OF WORK AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS ALONG WITH DOCUMENTS ATTACHED WITH TENDER 2. FAB. STOR VESSEL AG FR PONTOON FABRICATION FR TANK :Pontoon Type Floating Roof :Fabrication and erection of Single / Double Deck Pantoon Type floating Roof with provision for adjustable counter (Latest Edition) from FREE Issue Steel plates ; and carrying out roof tests and other requirements indicated in the enclosed specifications API 650 for floating Roof Tanks; supply ,errction of structurals required for Roof and Pantoon Compartment internals including Temporary staging required for the Roof work(Tank sizes and other relevant data as per specification sheet) REPLACEMENT OF THREE DECK PLATES OF EXTERNAL FLOATING ROOF TANK TK07 AND GIVING NECESSARY TEST REPORTS AFTER REPLACEMENT. Roof plates thickness for tank no. 7 was found below 4.8 mm for plate no. 44/45/48/49/50/52/54/56 as per report dated 07.07.2022. Testing of complete roof plates to be done again before commencement of job.
