Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete.

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour emulsion paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Fabrication, Supply, delivery and fixing in position of outside M.S.ladder of 0.45m wide made out of 50x50x6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm c/c welded, jointed etc., providing with one coat of Red Oxide paint for providing access to Roof top with suitable inclined length, bottom anchorage and including transportation charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of CI manhole frame and cover of size 0.60mx0.60mwith suitable 50x50x6mm MS angle fixed along edges etc., complete.

SUB ESTIMATE I (RWHS & PLATFORM) Earth work excavation in all clauses of soils with initial lead and lift except hard rock requiring blasting etc., complete for foundation as per SS 20B. For first depth of 2m

Collection and supply of 40mm HBG metal and filling in to the recharge pits including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard specifications.

SUB ESTIMATE II (PIPE LINE & PUMPSET) Supply and delivery of 75mm 6KSC PVC Pipe

Earth work excavation with an initial lead and lift in hard stiff clay, black cotton, hard red earth, sub murram gravel, stone and earth mixed boulders as per SS20B for pipe laying work.

Refilling the excavated portions for Pipe Laying works with excavated earth as per ss20 B etc., complete.

Labour charges for Laying of GI, PVC rigid pipes with lead of 200m lowering into trench, laying in proper grade, alignment, jointing PVC coupler with specials and tested to the required pressure including conveyance of water upto 1km lead during the testing etc., complete.
