RENOVATION OF 2 Nos. STANDARD MAKE APFC PANELS Dismantling of defective components like capacitors, relays, contactors, indication lightest. from 2 nos. APFC panels including dismantling of terminations, wirings, hardware etc. as required at site

Supply of Super Heavy-duty capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC complete with terminal cover and discharge device for replacement of defective capacitors in various stages of APFC panels as required at site -make standard

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable capacity by electrical interconnection with multistrand copper wires/aluminium bus bars using necessary hardware, lugs, tapes etc. as required at site

Supply of microprocessor based, 12 step APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters to replace defective relay for providing phased impulses to contactor coils on receipt of low or high-power factor signal from the control CT - make "standard"

Control wiring of APFC relay with multistrand copper wire of 1.5 mm sq. size from relay connectors to various contactor coils to replace defective / burnt out control wiring as required at site

Supply of contactors MNX40 or equivalent-make to replace defective contactors in various stages of APFC panels L&T/GE /Schneider

Supply of contactors MNX70 or equivalent make to replace defective contactors in various stages of APFC panels L&T/GE /Schneider

Supply of TP MCBs up to 63A rating to replace defective MCB of various stages of APFC panels-make L&T/Schneider/Havell’s

Supply of Indication lights of various colours to replace defective indication lights of various stages of APFC panels as required at site -make FTC/Vaishno/Teknik

Installation and connection of various components as described above in APFC panels using necessary hardware, mounting arrangement and termination with multistrand copper wires, lugs and tapes etc. as required at site

Servicing of panels including complete dusting of all components, decarbonising of contactor contacts, tightening of various connections, alignment of doors for proper fitment to prevent ingress of m moisture, dust and all types of vermin and touching of all rusted parts to prevent damage to the panel from further rusting etc., as required at site

Testing & commissioning of APFC panels as per required parameters including following: i. Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, and phase to earth. ii. Programming of APFC relay for target power factor iii. All function tests iv. Monitoring of power factor

RENOVATION OF FIXED CAPACITORS OF MOTORS Dismantling of defective components like capacitors, fuses, MCBs etc. from fixed capacitor banks of motors including dismantling of terminations, wirings, hardware, as required at site

Supply of Super Heavy-duty capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC complete with terminal cover and discharge device for replacement of defective capacitors in various capacitor banks of motors as required at site -make standard

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable capacity by electrical interconnection with multistrand copper wires/aluminium bus bars using necessary hardware, lugs, tapes etc. as required at site

Supply of 250 A, fuses to replace blown out fuses of various SFUs of capacitor banks of various motors - make L&T/Schneider/Havell's

Installation and connection of various components as described above in fixed capacitor banks of motors using necessary hardware, mounting arrangement and termination with multistrand copper wires, lugs and tapes etc. as required at site
