Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Pedestrian Wooden Bridge including all types of Survey, Soil Investigation, Hydraulic survey, Proof Load Tests, preparation of all designs & drawings and obtaining approval, procurement of all kinds of materials and works, Construction of all Civil Works, all Electrical Works including illumination, Construction of kiosks, all finishing works and all other necessary works required for successful completion of the bridge, all as per approved Drawings, Scope of work, Specifications, and terms & conditions as mentioned in the bid document and to the satisfaction of Authority, complete in all respect.

Engineering, Procurement and Construction of other Ameneties / Utilities (like Public Toilet, Bus Shelter, Plaza & Pathways, Drinking Water Facility, Bollards, Signage, landscaping including planters, etc. but not limited to) including all types of Survey, Soil Investigation, preparation of all designs & drawings and obtaining approval, procurement of all kinds of materials and works, Construction of all Civil Works, all Electrical Works, all finishing works and all other necessary works required for successful completion of these ameneties to all as per approved Drawings, Scope of work, Specifications, and terms & conditions as mentioned in the bid document and to the satisfaction of Authority, complete in all respect.
