Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel pipe work of any description and at any place complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Completely removing existing water proofing treatment of any descriptions and any type including top layer of plaster / china mosaic wherever occurs over roof and chhajja surfaces and scrubbing the surface with wire brush and cleaning wash down with water to receive new cement plaster / PCC layer and removing the waste material / debris etc , complete all as specified and directed .

M/L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 using readi plaster on external surface of brick walls or concrete roof surfaces mixed with water and all as per manufacturer instructions etc, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc , complete all as specified and directed . Make:- Ultra Tech / Silico / Renaplast/Kaneria

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab all as specified below and as directed:- (a) Apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm. (b) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 heated to working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied at 1.20 Kg/Sqm of the surface area. (c) Laying APP polymer modified membrane 4mm thick with non woven polyster reniforcement weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm applied by torch application method. (d) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 heated to working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied at 1.20 Kg/Sqm of the surface area. (e) Apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm.

M&L for making the grooves 25mm wide and 50mm deep to 'V' section in existing walls/columns over RCC roofs, cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves, inserting chajja of PPGI sheet and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipe & fixed of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Tubes, ‘medium grade’ galvanised, 20 mm bore with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No 13 above but 25 mm bore.

S&F in repairs 1000 ltrs Rotational mould polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in ssr part-I complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 2000 ltrs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in ssr part-I complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as gates, grills gratings hooks and pintle hinges for large steel gates, railing etc encluding round headed screws or welding seams including bending or truning up mitred angles etc as required etc, with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted or forged into spiles framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters walk ways gates railings, rollers etc and similar work conforming to Fe-29 or Gde -E-165 and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), sunshade frames, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminim zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mmthick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/chajjas fixed with slef tapping screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16 to 20mm diameter of neck mild steel screws bolts any length (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other ,or screwed both ends each screwed and to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,n,exc.5cm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of external surface of wall including removing fungus /algae dirt, oil, grease and loose particles by wire brush,cleaning, washing and removing dust, . Cracks less than 2 mm, should be cleaned free of dust with a vaccum cleaner and apply Dr. Fixit Primeseal (Efflorescence resistant penetrating primer.) let it dry. Then pour Dr. Fixit Raincoat into these cracks and wait for it to dry Apply the first coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat without any dilution at the rate of 2 sqm per litre and allow it to dry before taking up the second and third coats, the rate of application being the same, Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hrs, A total thickness of 1 to 1.2 mm must be achieved when Dr. Fixit Raincoat is dry and including necessary scaffoldings etc , complete all as specified and directed Note:- Application of primer and paint shall be done by the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and a certificate to this effect shall be produced by the contractor.

Dismantling loose/disintegrated portion of RCC Chajjas, sunshade & Roof Projection drop etc including necessary form work, scaffolding etc and dubbing with PCC (1 : 1.5 : 3) not exc 100mm thick using 6 to 12 thick graded stone aggregate in any broken/loose portion of RCC member and plastering in CM 1:3 in desired shape, including removing the waste material / debris etc , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) This item is operative when only portion of RCC member is repaired and for the purpose of payment each member made good shall be measured. (ii) If reinforcement required for repair of chajja, sunshade & roof projectiom it will be paid separately.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips on slab, MH cover etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
