Taking down of existing tarfelt and cement plaster of any description and thickness on roof top including flashing and junction of parapet and cleaning existing roof top surface by brooming, wire brushing incl removing the debrish out complete all as specified and directed

Demolition Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete as directed.

M & L Cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 ( 12.5mm graded stone aggregate ) in roof padding complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on concrete surface on roof in cement plaster 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement by using WPC @ 2% of wt of cement content complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid Water proofing Compound shall be measured and paid seprately

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound all as directed

M&L for cutting grooves in brick / stone wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based modified pre-fabricated five layer 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric mat with 150 gm/Sqm black finished with compatible primer conforming to IS 3488 @ 0.30 Lit/Sqm and bonding material 85/25 bitumen 1.2 Kg/Sqm before and after laying membrane laid by torch application side overlap of 150 mm and over lap of 100 mm longitudinally, at the junction of roof and parapet wall a grove of 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal of groove with 1:3 with bituminous mastic joints/overlap shall be sealed with hot bitumen 85/25 and applying one coat of aluminium paint on top of the membrane (at any height) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping to parapet wall/kerbs in roof with projection of 50mm from the outer surface with a groove of 12 mm x 12mm as drip course in bottom side including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineeer in Charge.

Dismantling of single layer of manglore/ Similar pattern tiles in roofing complete all as directed.

Dismantling of battens of tiles of any size and description spaced exc 15 cm, including tiling fillets complete all as directed.

Dismantling of unframed work timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as directed.

Ditto- as per item No.11 above in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

S&F Galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thick with two corrugations side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type of cranked hook in lieu of screws and washers in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised plain mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thick in Ridge, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugatedsteel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with L hooks or J types or cranked bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Work shall be execute in any respective ht of building

M&L for wrought 2nd class hard-wood in scantlings in repairs, to replace old and decayed timber (including piecing, scarfing, etc., of old and new timbers if required) and removing defective portions to store complete all as specified and directed

M&L for clean sawn ,2nd class H/W tile battens at 30cm centres, exe 5 and n.exe 15 sqcm sectional area complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing tile battens of any size and spacing and treated all over (measured overall on one side only spaces not deducted) with two coats of cresoting oil etc specified and directed

M&L for providing roof tiles Manglore pattern interlocking at side joints, laid dry (at any height of bldg), complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- all as per item No.21 above, but except tiles Note: MP Tiles obtained from item No.9 shall be re-used under this item.

M&L for ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm thick second class hard wood in eaves boards etc., complete all as specified and directed.
