S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood rail and style factory made glazed and skeleton door shutters,kiln seasoned and chemically treated second class hard wood open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.The sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, The shutters shall be fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made steel window with side hung shutter and box type hinges steel handle and steel peg stay with glazing bars dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 12.00 above but without glazing bars.

S&F factory made steel ventilator with top hung shutter with glazing bars including hings,steel peg stay etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004 alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint emulsion of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon addtitives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm etc, in normal / camoflauge pattern complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (mechanial means).

M&L rough cast plaster on exterior walls applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12mm) mixed with coarse aggregate, sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even .The mix of cement and sand shall made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregate are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and as directed.
