Conducting required soil testing at site and submitting detailed pavement design with section for construction of pavement based on Full running load of Fire Tenders available at Bhopal Airport including vetting of pavement design from approved govt engineering college etc. all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge
Excavation for roadwork with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1km.. All kinds of Soil
Excavation for roadway in hard rock (blasting prohibited) with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers and disposal within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.
Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (Excavating within AAI Premises without royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5.00 Km also including compacting/rolling, making good the undulations and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. complete as per direction of EIC.
Construction of embankment or filling of depression with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of MORTH specification table 300-2 upto satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto a lead of 2.00 Km.
Supplying and filling moorum / Good earth obtained from approved quarry for subgrade, embankment, depressions as instructed and in layers not exceeding 20 cm (loose) in depth (or any thickness as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in case vibratory roller / soil compactor is used) including breaking clods, watering, consolidating each layer with power road roller 8 -10 tonnes weight or vibratory roller / soil compactor of adequate capacity under optimum moisture content condition to give at least 95% of the maximum laboratory dry density (modified Proctor density) as per IS : 2720 (part VIII) complete including leveling, fine dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete as per MORTH specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with all leads and lifts. (The item includes cost of work, payment of necessary royalty, carriage of moorum / suitable earth upto work site for all leads and lifts involved from all sources acquired or arranged by the contractor. Payment shall be made for compacted quantity only.)

(For tendering purpose VG Bitumen of Grade VG-30 Content shall be taken as @ 5% percentage by weight of total mix and cement filler @ 2% percentage by weight of Aggregate may be assumed. Any surplus Bitumen if used in Job Mix Formula of this item shall be reimbursed on actual basis)
Providing and laying transparant (1st quality) polythene sheet (separation membrane) 250 microns thick on the base course with overlaps of not less than 100mm both way over the layer of 6mm thick sand complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Only plan area shall be measured for payment. Cost include laying of 6mm thick layer of sand, overlaps of polythene sheets etc complete.
