Engaging of 1 No 'C' Licence Holder (Supervisor) of day to day maintenance of Electrical maintenance works and to monitor these works are properly attended and to take care of complaints arised related to repairs / replacement of damaged fittings / fixtures in the campus such as switches, sockets, switch boards, HT/LT Panels , MCBs, MCB DBs, MCCBs, SFUs, FSUs etc., and all types of fans / light fittings, UG cables etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ( 01 No.) (Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10 years related experience/ITI with 12 years or experience (supervisory) in maintenance job) (Qualification: ITI certificate with 03 years experience in operation of 11KV / 415V Substation and equipment and DG Sets along with valid 11KV /415V Supervisor permit /C- certificate/grade C-License Holder) (Higly Skilled). He is resposonsible to maintain & update the all logbook of preventive maintenace E&M equipment(Lifts,panels,Substation,DG sets,Fire equipment,RO,STP&ETP etc...) with respective staff.[1 No 'C' Licence Holder ( Highly Skilled)]. Note:- 1.He is the responsible for maintain the day to day complaint Register, Preperation of Duty Roster, Material Consumption Register, Log Book/Log sheets and to up keep the neat & Tidy of installations with installed plants & machinaries as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge
2. He is the responsible for HT Metering cubicle to monitor & maintain all parameter readings.
3. He is the responsible for timely calibration of HT VCB's, LT ACB's/MCCBs and Earth Fault Relays and Over Current Relays.
4. He is the responsible for HT Panels, Transformers, ACBs, MCCBs, APFC Panels with connected Capacitor Banks, Power Contactors & Relays, Up Keep & maintain records for earth results in the HT & LT installations as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge.
5. During Main EB supply failure to monitor the running of stand by DG Sets and maintain the Plant Running Record Book with all parameters.
6. To maintain the EB Shutdown Register & obtain the necessary signature from EB authorities . (It should be talley with Stand By DG Set PRRB) | 12 | Month | - | - | |
Engaging an Substaion attendant Cum DG Operator cum Panel opearator for day to day operation of Substation, DG sets, LT Panels , MCBs, MCB DBs, MCCBs, SFUs FSUs etc and all types of fans/ light fittings, UG cables etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. and also Preventive maintenance of above mentioned equipment as per standerd check list and maintain logbooks along with shift register to be updated daily etc to be maintained as directed by engineer-incharge.. Skilled (ITI Certificate with 3 Years Experience)
