E/work in excavation by Mech means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cess pits and the like not exceeding 10s qm on plan, depth upto 1.5 mtr incl disposal of excarvated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge disposal earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil.

P/laying in position cem. Conc of specified grade excl the c/o centring. All work upto plinth level 1:5:10 with 40mm n/size aggr incl cost and carriage of material by Mech transport.

P/laying in position cem. Conc of specified grade excl the c/o centering/shuttering. All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 with 20mm n/size aggr incl cost and carriage of material by Mech Transport (with 20% boulder)

Centring/shuttering incl strutting, propping etc and removal of form for foundation, footing, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work incl cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structure steel etc as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railing brackets gates and similar work.

P/fixing of three (03) seater heavy duty sitting benches with cost iron ornamental look sides and rectangular steel tubes on back and seat with wooden colour finish in seat and back. The sides should be painted in black and fixing of cem. Conc in 1:2:4

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking and joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in 50 mtr lead.

15mm cement plaster in 1:4 mix

Steel paint (2 or more coat) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacture specification incl appropriate priming coat. Preparation of surface etc complete on steel work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (2 or more coats applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 Sqm)

Supplying and laying stone sitting/spilt- Nallah boulders (75mm to 100 mm size) laid dry hand packed incl filling of interstices with stone/boulder chipping complete with hand ramming and leveling complete incl carriage complete.

50 mm thick cem. Conc flooring 1:2:4 mix finished with a floating coat of neat cement incl cement slurry but excl the c/o noising of steps complete incl carriage of material from source upto site of work complete.

Construction of ornamental RCC circular type viewing deck of wooden look 18 feet dia of approved pattern and design incl side railing and finishing above floor level complete in all respect incl carriage complete.

P/fixing of revolving angle iron gate angle size 40x40x6mm and complete job.
