Earth exaction by mechanical means ( hydraulic Excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and remming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil ( DSR 2.8.1-2.36)

Carriage of earth by mechanical transport including loading, unloading lad of 2 km complete in all respect tot he entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Preparation of sub grade including trenching rough dressing soil, final dressing of earth to give level and camber, watering , rolling with a road roller and compaction of bed complete in all respect

Supplying and filling sand choe4 in plinth with sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete ( DSR 2.27)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centerign and shuttering- all work up to plinth level 1:5;10 ( 1 cement :5 coarse sand ( zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) DSR 4.1.10

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in : cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) DSR 6.1.1)

Brick work with machine moulded perforated F.P.S. bricks of class designation 125 conforming IS :2222-1991 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 100 wide 12 mm deep complete from ground level upto plinth level in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- all work up to plinth level : 1:1 ½ :3 ( 1 cement : 1 ½ coarse sand ( zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size drived from natural sources ) (4.1.2)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form for : edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide ( DSR 5.9.16.1)
