Materials and Labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sq m each, complete all as directed.

S&F Second class HW plain solid straight chowkhats and frame wrought framed rebated on the soild rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed

S&F 35mm thick, 2nd class HW plain framed panelled shutters (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both side (feather edged) or of veneered panticle board medium density wood particle board with commercial face veneers, The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkhats

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as directed.

M&L for 6mm thick plywood, grade BWR, type BB fixed with nails with timber framework in wall only

Materials and Labour for Galvanized iron snap grid with powder coated section of size 24mmx38mmx0.7mm thick ‘T’ section and 25mmx25mmx0.35mm thick wall cleat of angle section and 4mm dia galvanized iron wire suspended with 4mm thick non AC board of Make : Zipro/ M/s EVEREST Industries Ltd of size 600mmx600mm and shall be fixed to galvanized iron snap grid of above section with mild steel screws as per manufacturer’s instructions including two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing 50mm thick seccond class hard wood boarding clean sawn with butt joints .

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any guage, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L for 15mm thck rendering in cement morter 1:4 on fair face of brick/PCC wall block surfaces, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement

Applying two coat of Distemper oil emultion , white or tinted on new wall surface including preparetion of surface.

Hacking out old broken glass(any thickness , size, quality or discription) from wooden frame or stone , concrete or brick surrounds , glaze with putty or fixed with beads.

S&F for 4mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling,including cement morter bedding (but not backing) removing, serviciable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

E/M Portion Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder,ceiling roses, regulators, switch socket outlet, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from board/outlet boxes, fittings and fixture such as main switches & DBs of any size and any capacity complete all as specified and directed
