Please quote the model which is including the latest state of art equipment and meets the required specifications. The quoted model should be latest introduced with end of support not before 10 years from the date of installation at TMC.

Should be fully automatic double door high pressure steam sterilizer with rectangular chamber and can accommodate 10 STU in one cycle

Should have Integrated steam generator should be made of 316 L steel and two level water ring vacuum pump with water saving mechanism and silent operation.

The system should have inbuilt thermal degasification. Auto steam generator blow down systems should be inbuilt.

Sterilization chamber- doors should be made of 316 L and chamber jacket should be made up of high quality AISI 316 L steel.

System must have vertical/horizontal sliding door (pneumatic/ electrical operated) with safety locks, manual actuation of doors.

should have automatic door gasket seal and should have safety feature if accidental steam is released.

All pipes in contact with steam should be made of AISI 316 L.

Should have integrated thermal /Ink printer for reports.

Should be complete auto diagnostic system providing error codes on display in case of failure. should have dual stage vacuum pump.

Should have microprocessor control system for fully independent checking and control of the sterilization system.

Manometer gauge should be provided for the chamber & steam generator pressure.

Should have Graphic indication of curves of chamber temp and pressure on display.

Display of remaining cycle time, display of temperature and pressure in chamber & jacket should be provided on the touch screen .

Absolute pressure sensors for the precise recording and control of vacuum and pressure in the chamber and additionally in the jacket.

Should have alarm systems for compressed air deficiency, water deficiency.

should have Integrated water saving device, Touch screen display, Chip card reader/USB and RS 232 interface, should be capable of remote service assistance.

Sterilization to be achieved at 134°C/121°C degrees. The sterilizer should have at least 4 preloaded programs for standard sterilization, containers,Textile and rubbers. It should also have preloaded test programs for Bowie-Dick test and Vacuum test. Should have the option to load customer specific programs in the sterilizer.

Water consumption should not be more than 220- 250 L per cycle.

The sterilizer should come with standard accessories like carriage with shelf & side railings, one set of transport and loading trolley with each sterilizer, etc. The sterilizer should be complete with side and top paneling.

RO capacity 200 litres/hour output water flow capacity of having total dissolved solids of 10 to 30ppm with 2000 litres storage tank . Input & output booster pump of 3.5Kgs/cm2 and with suitable flow should be provided.

Bidder has to inspect the site and should give pre installation requirements separately such as civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water pressure (RO/DI/Distilled water with its pressure, flow rate per hour), temperature, compressed air specs along with the technical bid. ; if any of the above is essential]

Bidder has to visit the intallation site to check whether quoted model can be accomodated in the available space.

Should perform preventive maintenance (2nos) during warranty,AMC,CMC & if entered into AMC(includes unlimited breakdown calls) /CMC (which will include spare replacement, breakdown calls). Vendor to submit SOPs for PMS at the time of installation/ commissioning. This is mandatory requirement.

Performance certificates of IQ,OQ,PQ tests to be submitted at the time of installation/commissioning.

Vendor to submit the technical data sheet, brochure etc as a tender document with reference to the quoted make & model. Please mention the reference page no., etc in these documents against each technical specifications in the compliance.

Vendor to submit list & cost of consumables/consumable Spares( i.e.spares need to be replaced at regular intervals, maybe quarterly/half yearly/yearly etc.) if any.

Please submit pre installation requirements [electrical, HVAC, Compressed air along with air pressure mentioned), water requirement (RO/DI/Distilled water with its pressure, flow rate per hour) ; if any of the above is essential]

Vendor to provide UPS with adequate capacity, if required for the quoted equipment. If not required, vendor to mention the same.

Vendor to submit details of footprint size & weight of the quoted model.

Vendor to submit power consumption.

Demo of the quoted model , will be required if so desired by the user, after the opening of the technical bid and prior to opening of financial bid. This is for technical evaluation. All technical specifications mentioned above to be mandatorily shown in the demo unit.

User's/Installation list: A list of installations of the quoted model with the address and contact numbers to be provided.

Predispatch inspection at factory will be required if desired by authorities.

Should be CE/US FDA/BIS/ICMED approved.

Unpacking and shifting the consignment to the installation site is to be included in the vendor's scope of supply. Bidder/manufacturer/authorized service provider should take responsibility to lift /shift the consignment from unloading site to the installation site. Unloading site shall be Stores department, TATA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL,PAREL. If needed ,bidder has to arrange for the labours at no charge to TATA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL,PAREL. (Before submitting the quotation,bidders may visit TATA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL,PAREL. to know unloading and installation site.

Training:

Operational training to be provided onsite to all departmental staff and primary level maintenance training to be provided to inhouse Biomedical Engineers.

Local Service Support: Should have local office and service support/service engineer for attending the breakdown calls. Details to be submitted.

Response Time: Should not be more than 06 hrs from lodging a breakdown complaint on toll free or by email.

Warranty- 2 years

CMC- cost per annum will be considered for all bidders for 8 years after warranty

Warranty and CMC Should include a) 2 preventive maintenance/ year and unlimited breakdown calls along with spares.b) All bought out items quoted along with the main system (local/non-local) and UPS should be covered. c) Yearly calibration/Validation, Testing and measuring equipment used should be traceable to SI units through National/ International standards (as per NABL/NABH norms). d) PM kit if required. e) All upgrades/update, no seperate licence fees will be payable.

Back to back assurance to be taken by the supplier from OEM to supply spares for minimum 10 years and to be submitted.

1) If 2 years comprehensive warranty and CMC for 8 years after warranty condition is not adhered to, TMC reserves right to reject the offer.

2) Please mention whether UPS is required for the equipment. If so should be included in the offer.

3) Only Yes or No should be mentioned in compliance report and additional information should in remarks column.
